Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terasse. Brot beim Frühstück könnte besser sein. Sehr freundlich

Tudo estava perfeito. Café da manhã bem gostoso, com produtos frescos. Quarto extremamente limpo e aconchegante.

The property was lovely and in a great spot within the town.

Amazing stay. Quaint. Breakfast included is amazing. Ordered the Americano. Charco Bistro is the best place to eat in town. I had the shrimp appetizer and the ribeye. House red tannat was lovely! All staff were exceptionally friendly! Turn air conditioning on in the room with a remote. Go to De los Suspiros for white wine and cheese in the afternoon. Incredible!

We absolutely loved Charco. The rooms and facility are amazing and beautiful.

O hotel é um charme! Oferece uma vista linda para o Rio da Prata!! O café da manhã é super saudável! Nos arredores tem tudo bem pertinho! Nós adoramos a escolha que fizemos!

El mejor lugar de Colonia!

Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es gibt nichts besonderes zu beanstanden außer die Preis-/Leistung. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse (und wir waren in einer Suite) ist es deutlich zu laut. Man hört jeden Gast der ins Hotel rein- und rausgeht, da die Zimmer am Eingang sind und die Eingangstür unglaublich laut ist. Es fehlt an einer ordentlichen Begrüßung (etwas zu trinken oder ein warmes Tuch, stattdessen mussten wir 15min vor verschlossenen Türen warten). Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, die Betten bequem. Das Restaurant sehr gut! Auch beim Checkout hatten wir ein Taxi auf eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellt, was entweder vergessen wurde oder einfach deutlich zu spät kam… insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, wir würden wiederkommen aber nur zu anderen Preisen. Bei über 200€ pro Nacht sollte mehr drin sein und ich erwarte besseren Service. Das Frühstück war okay aber sehr Basic.

I loved this hotel, everyone was so kind and caring, the restaurant excellent. The gentleman at check-in was beyond helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking the town. The restaurant fabulous would definitely stay again

An absolutely amazing stay – everything was perfect. From the beautifully styled rooms to the peaceful riverside setting, Hotel Charco exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was effortlessly relaxing. Truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel and excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at Charco Hotel… enjoying very much the restaurant and the spacious, beautiful room. We stayed in a Suite (Room 2) and the room was lovely. But the bathroom was tiny and it was directly on the street at the entrance (even before the reception área). Fortunately, the street was a quiet one, and noise was not a problem. I would highly Recommend the hotel and restaurant.
