Very nice hotel, will stay again next time

This elegant hotel is nice and comfortable, very close to the beach, good to enjoy nice sunshine every morning

centric suite was spacious and had everything you need. breakfast was good ( we paid to have it included) front desk was perfect and the chivito is amazing...from room service...will stay here again.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência neste hotel. O check-in foi rápido, eficiente e cordial, o que já garantiu uma ótima primeira impressão. O quarto é extremamente confortável, com todos os detalhes pensados para proporcionar descanso e bem-estar. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma grande variedade de opções de alta qualidade. O pessoal de apoio é extremamente simpático e atencioso, sempre pronto para ajudar. De forma geral, trata-se de um hotel muito luxuoso, que combina conforto, elegância e um atendimento de excelência. Recomendo sem reservas!

First time in Montevideo after several years coming to visit for business, where I can find and stay at a very nice hotel, very clean, following international hotel servicing standards

Property very nice, clean, well located, staff courteous but not particularly nice or gracious

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was our first time visiting Montevideo. There were two areas where we spent several hours. The first one was the cafeteria, the attention from the young guys was EXCELLENT! I’m sorry for not including their names but I erased the note where i wrote them. Our favorite desserts were the lemon pie and the alfajor de coco. The second area was the little bar next to the cafeteria, the food and drinks were really good. The area that needs some improvement is the Restaurant Plantado. It wasn’t about the quality of the food that was excellent but the waiters. we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and we didn’t like the attention they offered during breakfast, they didn’t smile at us, they looked annoyed most of the time, just doing “their job”, i had written a previous review where i mentioned this matter and still think the same, if the hotel got new waiters with better attitude, as the guys that work at the cafeteria, your hotel will get the highest rates.

Ótima localização, boa limpeza e decoração incrivel!

Embora a boa impressão inicial, nas noites verificamos que o sistema de ar condicionado nao funcionou, mesmo com a reclamação. Duas noites de sono desagradáveis.

La propiedad es muy linda, nos gustó mucho el área alrededor del hotel con restaurantes, centro comercial, etc. Puedes caminar en forma segura por los alrededores. en mi opinión, el staff del front desk, la cafetería y el bar son sumamente atentos. La atención del staff del restaurante donde tomas el desayuno deja mucho que desear, excepto por una chica llamada Julieta, el resto lo hemos visto mal encarado sin ganas de servir, aún cuando se ofrece buffet, pueden pasar por las mesas, ofrecerte más café, agua, y tal vez una sonrisa, pero evidentemente, es muy difícil hacerlo. No entendemos la actitud del personal en el restaurante, porque el resto de los empleados tienen una actitud de 10.

O hotel oferece um excelente breakfast e bem como de variadas opções de refeições e vinhos de excelentes cepas. Muito bem localizado e com uma vista fantástica para Rambla e Rio. Os serviços oferecidos foram com uma equipe bem treinada, gentil e solicita para atender as demandas dos hóspedes. Parabéns à todos. 👏👏

Hotel com quartos grandes, bela vista do rio, academia A unica reclamação é o cafe da manhã Deveriam mudar a padaria, os pães são limdos mas com gosto De nada, parecem ser feitos todos com a mesma massa com formatos diferentes , sem gosto O Hotel merece uma panificação melhor
