This is a magical place. The staff and owner made us feel like family. Every detail is perfection from the design of the rooms, to the public spaces which are inviting. The park-like grounds are stunning with many little seating areas to escape to. The daily breakfast is delicious and dinner in the restaurant is first rate. It is a quiet, peaceful place and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and would stay again if we can make it back to Punta del Este.

This is a magical place. The staff and owner made us feel like family. Every detail is perfection from the design of the rooms, to the public spaces which are inviting. The park-like grounds are stunning with many little seating areas to escape to. The daily breakfast is delicious and dinner in the restaurant is first rate. It is a quiet, peaceful place and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and would stay again if we can make it back to Punta del Este.

Normalmente ficamos nos quartos clássicos na torre. Desta vez nos colocaram num no jardim, sem privacidade alguma. Solicitamos a troca, e apesar da demora e um pouco de resistência, foi feita. O serviço do restaurante não estava no padrão normal de qualidade, muita demora no atendimento, falta de atenção das garçonetes. Mas o hotel é lindo, bem localizado e continuaremos a nos hospedar nele, apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes nesta estada.

Everything I had read about this hotel came true and even exceeded expectations. It truly feels like being at home. Everything within the property is beautiful, high-quality, cozy, pleasant, and perfect.

This hotel is fantastic and you can feel as if you are in your own home … The restaurant is excellent and I recommend the afternoon tea with the waffles and crepes (I enjoyed the gluten-free option)

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Quick and efficient check-in, friendly staff to help with our bags and valet parking. The room was luxurious, the breakfast each morning was delicious, and the Noche de Nostalgia dinner and dance was one of the most fun evenings we've had on our trip. Highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Punta del Este!

Estadia muito agradável. Embora o buffet do café da manhã não tenha correspondido à nossa expectativa frente às referencias gourmet do hotel. Excelente atendimento na recepção que se mostrou muito cordial procurando atender todos os nossos pedidos. Propriedade muito bonita e bem decorada. Tudo formidável excetuando a funcionalidade da suíte que não possuía mesa para o café da manhã solicitado na habitação no dia da partida. Recomendamos
