Escolhi este hotel pela nota 8,8, mas a experiência foi desconfortável. Não voltaria. O quarto tinha cheiro estranho. O ar-condicionado era muito barulhento, assim como o frigobar. A cama é desconfortável. O banheiro é ruim: para tomar banho, tinha que entrar em uma banheira pequena demais, não há espaço para se movimentar no banho, e se mexer arrastava a cortina e molhava o banheiro. Durante a noite, houve barulho de hóspedes falando alto no corredor. É um hotel antigo, não me senti segura, e só li depois um comentário em que teve princípio de incêndio esse ano lá. Além disso, cobram US$ 12,00 pelo estacionamento, que é apertado, escuro e mal cuidado. Também cobram café da manhã, que tem pouca variedade. O trânsito para chegar e sair do hotel também é ruim. No geral, foi uma experiência negativa e não recomendo.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were polite although not particularly helpful when looking for amenties and attractions through the city.

El personal fue amable al check in y check out. La habitación limpia, solo que me asignaron una habitación muy ruidosa, cada dos minutos sonaba alguna máquina del hotel. Mi habitación daba a algún tipo de patio y la calle se escuchaba bastante. Tuve que recurrir a tapones de oídos y asunto arreglado. No tienen ningún conector usb o algún otro cerca de los burós. La habitación se sentía muy avejentada. No me volvería a hospedar ahí.

The room was dirty, window glasses, dust nets in the floor, hair in bathroom, floor not washed. When we were assigned the room they were still cleaning it so we had to wait outside, the bed was done all wrong and they just covered it with a blanket, and the floor had paper, food and other garbage from previous guests but the cleaner just picked and leave, didn't wash. the cushions smelled like dirt. soap in bathroom was missing.

All Staff was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated parking available on premises. Room clean, great variety of food for breakfast.

Muy básico en términos generales y sobre todo el desayuno… muy regular tirando a malo.

Otima estadia. Hotel aconchegante.

Everything is within walking distance, and food delivery services bring it right to the main door

Excellent customer service. I have stayed here before but this time Ana was the difference. She was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect and took care of everything. I needed some help with luggage, getting a taxi at 4:30am. She even made sure I had refreshments ready for my early departure to the airport. This is my new home away from home. Thanks Ana

Bom custo benefício, quarto com bom tamanho, café da manhã razoável com variedade de pães porém senti falta de frutas e ovos (só tinha ovo cozido). Um único porém é que só tem direito ao estacionamento gratuito na primeira estadia para quem fizer a reserva direto no hotel, portanto tive que pagar USD 12.

The best thing is that it has parking downstairs and an elevator connects you to your rooms, providing added security. The staff was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the hotel. The only suggestion I would make is that breakfast doesn't include scrambled eggs. It's what breakfast is in other countries. I know it's not in Uruguay, but tourists like it. Everything else was excellent.

Excelente, segurança organização, ótimo café

De um modo geral achei o quarto um pouco desconfortável, a climatização era ruim, o ar condicionado barulhento, e ainda com o ar ligado o quarto demorava muito para aquecer, pegamos dias bem frios. Também houve um episódio bastante crítico relacionado a segurança, houve um incêndio no 3 andar, estávamos hospedados no 4 andar, do 3 andar para baixo tiveram que evacuar o hotel as 3h da manhã, só ficamos sabendo porque abrimos a porta do quarto assustados com o alarme e encontramos o bombeiro que disse que estava tudo ok, mas não tinha funcionários do hotel e nem os telefones estavam funcionando, esse episódio deixou o telefone sem funcionar e também o elevador por 3 dias, péssimo ficamos sem assistência.

This property is conveniently located, offers a reasonably varied breakfast, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Excellent water pressure. But the standout feature is the staff. They are so kind and helpful, trying hard to accommodate every need. They really made our stay a pleasant one, especially given that we had to land at this hotel at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out. Bonus: they are pet friendly! Things to know: The hallways can be a bit noisy and the doors close very loudly Beds are firm (typical for the region)

Incrível! Só pontos positivos! Hotel bem localizado, equipe super atenciosa, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro excelente, cama maravilhosa. Voltaria a me hospedar!

Hotel está bem localizado e é confortável. Café da manhã sem frutas e ovos mexidos/omelete. Atendimento da recepção precisa melhorar MUITO. Alguns atendentes muito bons. Mas uma mulher (que acredito ser a Gestora da manhã de sábado) extremamente grossa. Hoteis.com oferece credito de 12usd por estadia para cliente silver para ser usado no estacionamento do hotel. Isso é um ótimo beneficio - na teoria. Na prática: hotel contratado não sabe deste beneficio. Eu tinha 04 estadias reservadas e mesmo assim tive que pagar uma diária de garagem. Sendo que não seria necessário. Tentei explicar isso. Mas recebi como retorno uma grosseria sem precedentes. Eu não voltaria para esse hotel. Precisam ser muito melhor instruídos para não deixar os hóspedes passarem por situações constrangedoras. Não é pelo valor, obviamente. Mas por ofertarem uma coisa e na hora do acerto acontece outra. Isso é feio.

Loved this hotel. Staff was great, location was great. There was a little restaurant almost next door that had great pizza. Would definitely recommend!

Acomodação com boa estrutura, quarto espaçoso com microondas e pia. Boa limpeza e café da manhã muito bom. A localização também é muito boa.
