Great services, amazing breakfast with many choices.

Near to the city center, breakfast is simple, price is normal.

The Hotel Restaurant was excellent. Especially the evening meal. The room wifi is only average.

I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it.

The staff are excellent. The breakfast is delicious.

The resort is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything worked like clockwork. We left some of our luggage 1 week ahead of our stay as we were flying to other islands and there were restrictions on the amount of luggage. The Melanesian hotel allowed us to store our luggage until our arrival! That’s great customer service. The room was clean, large, and comfortable!

Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hyvä. Huoneeni oli mukava, hiljainen ja hyvän kokoinen (se oli Orchid-huone). Nettiyhteys tosin pätki - viihdekäytössä se ei niin haitannut, mutta esim. etätöihin se ei toimisi, koska kokouksista ei tulisi yhtään mitään. Hotellin uima-allas oli ihan kiva, mutta jostakin syystä sillä oli tosi hiljaista, joten siellä sai olla rauhassa. Hotellin sijainti oli ihan Port Vilan keskustassa (200 m parlamentista) ja lähellä oli sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kaupunki on kuitenkin niin pieni ja samalla laajalle levittäytynyt, että keskusta oli varsin rauhallinen ja rakennukset matalia. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Siellä oli tiloihin nähden aika paljon asiakkaita ja osa ruuista loppui jatkuvasti. Niitä kyllä tuotiin myös lisää. Hotelli oli 1990-luvun alkupuolelta ja vaikka se oli pidetty kunnossa, jäi siitä vähän vanhanaikainen vaikutelma. Käytännön puutteena oli myös, että sänkyjen vieressä ei ollut pistorasioita.

Breakfast , was sub standard . Other menu meals were value for money.

Bar and dining areas need the times of operation clearly displayed. This will help in not stressing the staff out. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool is well maintained. Cocktails generous. Would recommend this property.
