창문 밖이 옆건물 바로 옆 이였다는 점 외에는 직원분들 칝절하고, 깨끗하고, 조식 맛있고, 중심가와 가까워 이동하기 좋았습니다.. 아주 편안하게 일하고 쉬다 왔습니다~

객실이 깨끗하고 조식도 알맞게 나옵니다.
인원이 적을때는 아침메뉴를 개별주문 받아서 주는것도 있어서 좋았습니다.
인원이 많아서 뷔페식으로 해놓았을때는 파스타가 없어서 아쉬웠네요....맛있었는데...ㅎㅎ

Nice location to sightseeing,shopping,eating. Room is clean and not noisy. Can't hear traffic sound in room, it is good condition for sleeping.
Both side of this hotel standing another building. The view form window is only another building, but lake and park located near this hotel. So easy take walking or jogging if you want.
Finally I recommend this hotel to stay HANOI by reasonable price.

The staff is very responsive and tries to help. I stayed three weeks there. The AC functions well and the room was pleasant. The shower had cold water and no hot water.During my stay it was very hot so I was not too bored by the water temperature but it could be a problem when the weather gets cooler.

Bed was OK but the pillows were too big and too hard. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. To watch literally any movie on the TV included a charge, which seemed strange. Biggest complaint was that there was someone drilling for two hours non-stop in the room next door or the room above. Wherever they were, it was so loud I could not even have a conversation in the room.
