Had a lovely stay with friends. Room was a great size. Excellent staff and hospitality. The spa was wonderful! Great location at the beach and easy trip to downtown Hoi An. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff are warm, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is decent enough, but it is a very busy place and that high traffic has led to wear and tear visible around the building and rooms. Nothing a makeover wouldn't fix. Our family was comfortable there nonetheless and we're grateful to the lovely people working there for going above and beyond for us during our stay

Very friendly and professional staff. The location is fantastic for the beach strip of bars and restaurants and they have a private beach with free loungers for guests. They also have 2 pools which are quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Airport transfer is also available for a fee.

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of great options and different offerings each day. I was disappointed that there were no umbrellas or shade options on the beach. The pool table also closed at 9pm which seemed quite early. Otherwise, we had a great time here.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Staff were kind, courteous & eager to help out. Very close to the beach. Nice pool. Great breakfast options included. Spa insight was fantastic.

We had booked the Aira for our group of 8 that were celebrating my husbands 60th, we had a variety of different rooms all in the main block overlooking the pool. The staff here are amazing, always a smile and a hello and will help you with anything, anytime. A special mention to Train and Maya who spoke with us daily and asked about our day. The breakfast buffet was great with such a large choice including Pho, eggs, salads, a large variety of fruit, traditional meals, and pastries. The pool was good after being out exploring or swimming at the beach which is a very short walk away.

An absolutely outstanding hotel. Should be 5 stars! The staff welcomed us, and they were all incredibly helpful. Our room was spotless, cleaned every day and the mini bar restocked daily too. We enjoyed breakfast and room service - lots of choice and so fresh! We felt looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We also enjoyed a body scrub and massage in the hotel spa - very professional and brilliant treatments. We wish we could have stayed for longer. It was our favourite part of our trip to Vietnam so far. Thank you so much, Aira Boutique!

The staff here was so sweet and helpful! We felt very well cared for.

The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided easy and reasonably priced airport transfers, a free room upgrade, great breakfast service and very good recommendations for restaurants and cafes. We will be back!

Jonathan and I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the fishcake noodle soup at their restaurant for breakfast. We will come back if we visit Hoi An again.

Great place,, clean,,, STAFF SUPER,, they are the best,,,, i must mention they don't charge for fridge stuff, this included two beers every day ( no charge at all), they’re eager to clean your room every day,, and at check out,, one of the staff(lady) sat with me to thanks me for staying with them,, she even waited with me for the taxi to say goodbye,,, ohhh boy so sad,, felt like family saying goodbye, just incredible

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautifully appointed room, great breakfast, amazing hospitality by the hotel staff. The hotel is a minute walk to An Bang beach, and about a 10 min ride to the old district of Hoi An. It is much quieter by the beach (city centre could get a bit touristy) and staying here was the right decision. Staying at this hotel has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Block B is a 1 minute walk down the road from reception, but has a staff member on site, its own pool and direct beach access. If you want cocktails by the pool you need to go to the block A pool though - which is also where the breakfast area is. Nice strong coffee and great buffet breakfast. We would come back again.

We stayed for a week in A Bang and Loved our stay at Aira Boutique hotel! The location is fantastic only a short walk to the beach. Property has 2 pools, a spa and the staff are so so friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect, super spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again!
