Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. Staffs were super friendly and the restaurant there was also great, we had dinner there one night and the food were very delicately made and delicious, highly recommended. However the only let down would be the spa, booking was hard to make and with very limited services due to short of staffs i think. It can be slightly better i feel.

Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a restful and memorable escape in Sapa.

Aliana Hotel was a perfect place to say during our short visit to Sapa. Great view from our room, staff was wonderful, and it’s a short walk to downtown.

Very pretty, clean boutique hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room with beautiful view, large bathroom, excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was simple but was very delicious. Staff and all service members were friendly and polite. Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan.

Pool, ambience, staff were excellent breakfast was very good with lots of options hot and cold. Eggs, pho and pancakes cooked fresh. Staff at breakfast were helpful and friendle especially Annie.

Room was large cleaning was excellent staff were anazing always friendly and attentive.

kind of at the end of town but walkable. Food was good.

Staff friendliness and service - excellent! It is in a quiet area, away from the town proper - it was the best place to relax and enjoy ones vacation.

We loved our stay in this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The train we took to go to Sapa arrived very early in the morning and the hotel was able to give us the key as soon as we arrived. The hotel looks brand new, and the rooms are big and clean. The staff was super kind, helpful and accomodating.
