衛生需再加強，每日打掃時間不固定，旅客配合不便

酒店式公寓，房间很大，两个卧室，非常舒适，公寓内设施齐备，办理入住在顶层的lounge。早餐还算丰盛，每天都可以吃到越南河粉，中西口味都有。顶楼无边泳池非常受欢迎，孩子们每天都要在那里玩上两个小时。最后两天快离开的时候我因为生病，酒店前台服务员全程陪伴我去医院就诊，还细心的帮我垫付来回的出租车费。下午回到酒店后还有专人打来电话问候我的病情，非常感谢酒店的贴心服务。

Very close to the old town! Rooms are fine, staff services are excellent, however their spa / massage services are really bad honestly... (Very rude), would recommend for accomodation but not for spa

Sea side apartment, excellent beach and pool , good location and nice staff, breakfast are good, if pull some umbrella and chair to the beach and have a children’s playroom in apartment it will be perfect!

The hotel is very clean and comfy. Room is big. The only complain I’ll say is the elevator is very slow. It always took us long time to get the lift. Except for that, everything else is great. We will come back.

Very nice experience with the cleanliness and the high standard of the setting of the apartment. Helpful and friendly staff. The lifts are a bit tricky and take some time to wait.

The hotel is very new, clean & comfortable. But reception service is cool, not efficient , no smile, need to wait long time to check out. Appreciate with staff at swimming pool, very cheerful & polite, he helped us to walk around the health club & saunna facilities! Thanks for his nice guide! But as there has no tray inside the shower room, we need to put the shampoo etc. On the floor during bathing. Hope can add a tray inside shower area! Washing machine was good! Very disappointed that there has no message service! We need to ho outside to find SPA shop to do message! Overall good place to stay! Will recommend our friend to book this again!

整體感覺很好，職員熱心，有禮。廚房設備齊全，乾淨，寧靜。美中不足，房間內有蚊。離開時一定要帶走匙卡，否則會不翼而飛。

酒店的四周都是进行中的工程，连酒店本身也在施工中。周围都是尘土，楼道和房间里弥漫着刚刚装修完的油漆和甲醛的味道。而酒店提供的唯一的解决办法是喷除味喷雾。不敢相信这样的酒店是可以营业的。 我妈妈很喜欢游泳，所以特别选了有漂亮泳池的这家酒店，结果酒店的泳池有工程进行中很久了，但在我入住前两天才通知我，已经没有时间再更换酒店，而且我的酒店不是免费取消的，last minute才通知我也不知道可以怎么办。 酒店的旁边有一栋新建的楼，所以照片上的海景实际上只剩下了一点点。酒店附近什么都没有，连海滩也在建设中，吃饭一定要打车出去才行。 酒店的管理很好，房间设施也不错，服务人员也都很友善。也许几年后，周围的工程都完成后这里是个好选择，但现在，为了自己和家人的健康，强烈建议大家不要住在这里。

Very helpful and nice staff. Since it is a new hotel, it is not yet fully finished yet, so still some renovation going on. Great facilities in room, very spacious and nice view. Will come again for sure in future when I visit Da Nang.

Good size apartmanent , nice views from the top floors, close to the beach.

The room is great. It's very hard find one with a bathtub in this city. The elevators are real slow though. Try to get a room on a lower floor.

雨季だったので全体的に湿気ていて部屋の匂いも気になりました。しかし予想以上に広くてベッドも快適、地上から離れており防音設備も良かったため良く眠れました。 今回家族が誕生日を迎えた為ウエルカムデコレーションをして頂き、とても嬉しかったです！ キッチンは少し古くてお皿、フライパンやコップなど揃っていますがあまり清潔ではないので紙皿などを買うのがオススメです。洗濯機と乾燥機は素晴らしく使い勝手も良かったです。お風呂はお湯が一人分のお風呂分しか出ないので(途中で水になる)計算が必要です。 朝食は日によって当たり外れがあるようでクセ強めメニューも多く日本人には合わないかも、、、と思いました。 覚悟していたエレベーターですが、遅いと定評ですが私はあまり気になりませんでした。 総合して良い滞在となり感謝です！

큰방 에어컨 돌아갈때 시끄럽긴 한데 전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았어요! 넓직하고 편의시설 잘 갖춰져 있습니다
