Resort rất đẹp. Nhân viên lại rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương tuy nhiên giới thiệu mình 2 quán hải sản thì cả 2 quán đều bị đóng do dịch hehe. Bãi biển riêng của resort rất sạch sẽ và đẹp nên chỉ cần tắm biển thôi chứ 3 hồ bơi chỉ ngắm chứ không cần tắm hihi Cảm ơn Amian vì chuyến đi

整體的住宿體驗是好的，休閒設施很多，環境讓人放鬆，但是有幾個問題：
1.枕頭太軟，第二天已經更換
2.廁所的吊衣架不知是油漆未乾還是什麼其他原因，把泳衣吊在上面等待乾燥，竟然有污漬留在泳衣上，無法洗掉
3.退房時耗費太多時間，3間房竟需費時25分鐘

人生必來♡有超美可以浮淺看到到魚的白沙灘以及三個泳池滿足愛玩水放鬆的旅人!!!酒吧也很贊酒好喝!!!早餐很豐富,人員每一個都超級親切♡♡♡特別是櫃台接待服務的一位小姐（忘了問她的名字）會說中文也會英文隨時面帶微笑解答我們各種問題還會隨時問我們有沒有需要幫忙的地方♡♡這裡是我住過最棒最棒的五星級酒店♡♡床很舒服以及露天浴池可以一邊聞大自然清新空氣一邊沐浴♡♡♡來住決定不會後悔

喜歡陽光與海灘的人一定會愛上這間酒店，因為這件就定有2個淡水泳池一個鹹水池，仲有一個私人泳灘，水清沙幼，最意外是近岸邊竟然有好多不同種類的魚，可以一邊遊水一邊玩浮潛，酒店早餐選擇都算多，但缺點是酒店消費頗貴，逼近香港，晚餐食物一般，離市區遠，要搭酒店接駁車出市區，餐館全是無冷氣的地方，炎炎夏日，單靠幾把風曬，每次食完野都一身大汗

I am loving the outdoor bath tub so much. Good privacy. Enjoyed soaking in the hot outdoor tub very much.
The only disappointed thing is a construction site just next to my room. Noisy since the early morning. So sad.
Catering staff were nice, but absent-minded. They always forgot our drink orders during the daily breakfast time.

This is my second time to stay in the hotel. Still feeling great! Room cleaning! Good attitude of server! The most open heart can delay check out! Since the plane will take off in the afternoon, they provide a late check out. Thank you! Another restaurant waiter friendly attitude, and excellent memory! She remembers our visit, which is really appreciated! But unfortunately forgot to ask her name, the next time will ask her! Good quality food for dinner, no need to go out to eat！

相當好的一次住宿體驗，位置雖然離開市中心較遠，但酒店有提供免費接駁服務，對於想遠離喧鬧，欣賞蔚藍天空和海洋的人群很有吸引力。房間空間感充足，浴室寬敞，但室內光線普遍較暗。早晨非常豐富，選擇琳瑯滿目，值得一贊！服務員禮貌體貼，訓練有素。酒店有三個泳池（其中一個是海水池），康樂設施齊備，還有瑜伽、沙灘排球、浮潛等活動安排。如果目的是來消閒度假，這一家酒店是不錯的選擇！

it's a resort far away from the city center. they offer free shuttle, but the time slot is limited, and you need to reserve 2 hours in advanced. we called in in 1 hr, and was notified that it's fulled booked ....
service-wise, they are ok. sometimes, you need to wait for a long time for a simple request .. the attitude is nice though ..
the resort is really beautiful, the mud bath & spa is AMAZING! the room is spacious & beautiful & the breakfast is great.
overally, we had a great time there

三個大泳池ㄧ個私人沙灘, 只留在酒店也不覺悶。早餐豐富, 晚餐如不外出也不太貴。隔離行5分鐘有間漁港餐廳, 附近似没有其他店舖。酒店有提供shuttle bus來回市區, 可去超市購買糧食。酒店人不多又夠大, 選海景房對出有人造沙灘, 可囇太陽看書聽音樂。第ㄧ天自動幚我們提早check in, 最後ㄧ日要求 late check out 也ok。雖對芽莊興趣不大, 幸好選了此酒店。

Overall the environment is nice and clean, staffs are nice and helpful. It maybe a little bit far away from centre but they got shuttle service. Foods are delicious and the pool and beach are awesome. They also got daily activities for you to join. I joined the PADI dive, nice experience!

設備設施真的非常棒，不管在泳池大廳甚至房間都設計都非常好，離市區遠是優點也是缺點不過喜歡度假好好放鬆的人值得推薦這裡，服務人員部分就還可以基本分並沒有感受到非常有誠意

Overall the environment is nice and clean, staffs are nice and helpful. It maybe a little bit far away from centre but they got shuttle service. Foods are delicious and the pool and beach are awesome. They also got daily activities for you to join. I joined the PADI dive, nice experience!
