Staff is so polite, helpful and friendly. Our personal Butler Huyen provided excellent services to us. Great spa and restaurant there. The quite and luxury environment and facilities provide a sense of peace to us. Highly recommend this resort!

Bulter is very professional. He will help you solve all the problem. Room is very nice and provite pool is very good. Restaurant staff are energetic and polite. Food is execellent as well. Spa is wonderful and is a must to try.

This hotel located in a remote place but the facility inside is great. Our room was assigned one butler to take care of every thing we need. We were invited to attend the year-end party which was a surprise to us. Very good memory in this stay.

很悠閒的一個飯店，遠離市區，可以讓你好好放鬆的一個地方，雖然價錢比較高，但我認為很值得，我的私人管家Nga幫了我很多忙，很謝謝她．另外早餐也很棒！

在人生路不熟，兼且語言不通的越南，要確切抵達這間位於胡志明市邊陲順安鎮的西貢河蘭姆酒店，確是一趟驚喜萬分的冒險旅程。出發前，已多次去電郵酒店，查詢由市中心抵達酒店的方法。酒店隔天就回應，提供詳盡資料。原來酒店每天有三班免費快艇來回胡志明市，但只有這三班，錯過了就要額外付費召快艇來接。或者半小時的士去酒店。 我選擇了早上十時半坐那一班快艇去酒店。但那個碼頭也不是位於市中心，我們坐的士，的士司機也認不得路，要中途停下來打電話上的士台問人。最終都依時抵達碼頭。那個市內碼頭都裝潢得特像渡假村，第一感覺已經很好了。 快艇沿西貢河飛馳，沿途風景都是農舍，有種遠離塵囂的感受。單是這種快艇，已經可以成為一項遊覽項目。 二十分鐘船程就抵達酒店。酒店為每戶提供一位「管家」，負責照顧住客。管家已在酒店的碼頭迎接，態度殷勤。他領我們到酒店的房間，直接在房間裏辦入住手續。變相，我們午飯前已經入住了。 酒店位於鄉鎮，我們逛過去酒店正門，外面是一片泥濘地，四野無人，入住這裏就只管安心留在酒店好了，附近完全沒有便利店呀、超市之類的。 在Hotels.com訂的房間沒有「私人泳池」，有點大出意料，可能是看房間資料時大意看錯。幸好獲編配的房間就在泳池旁邊，入住當天根本很少其他住客，這泳池就只有我們用，等如是「私人泳池」一樣。而且，我們閒逛時，有些房子在裝修，有些在收拾，我們從門外望進去，那些所謂私人泳池其實不太大，應該游不了幾步就到邊。 酒店的公眾泳池的階磚造得不太好，修口有些尖銳，游泳時要時刻提防割傷，應該改善。同時，公眾泳池不設救生員，告示牌上提示泳客是自行承擔風險。可見，旅遊保險是必要的。 客房是這次旅程的重點。十分大，有客廳，有睡房，浴室更是大得像其他市區酒店的房間一樣，另外還設有玻璃上蓋的浴缸位置，給你在星空下浸浴。可惜，那天入夜就傾盤大雨，沒有星空，卻有雨聲伴著浸浴，半夜睡眠也是風聲雨聲作伴，別有風味。 酒店餐廳員工十分友善，提供的飲食亦有水準。早餐尤其豐富（是點餐的，不是自助的）。 水療則十分昂貴，貴得有點嚇人。 除此以外，即使在酒店範圍內逛逛，在樹影下欣賞西貢河景色，也是享受。 很值得下榻的酒店！如有機會，都想再來。

It is too bad that there is no bath tub in the room. You can only take shower in the room. Also the boat to the city is not frequent. Moreover, most taxi drivers did not know the location and it took us more time in transport and had the driver got the direction.

The resort is on average, clean but some part needed a little bit of restayling. Prices for services very expensive. the most issue for my side is the location outside the city about 1 hour from the center and 2.5 from Mekong. Staff polite.

Amazing hotel outside of the city. Free boat transfer in and out of the city which was perfect for a visit. The service was some of the best we have had.

Great hotel just outside the city centre. Very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Spa is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely stay at this lovely hotel.

This hotel was amazing. It’s was quiet, clean and the staff was so helpful.

The property is situated amidst lush foliage, a botanical garden of trees & plants with wooden boardwalks, fencing, & buildings. Offers a quiet & refreshing 'close-to-nature' vibe -- a genuine retreat from the urban bustle (you don't hear any of the noisy street traffic just a few short blocks away). Very shady, with pockets of sunlight, so the boardwalk are slippery at times. Private pool at villa was cool yet refreshing. We were stunned by the opulent beauty of the lounge/bar, and delighted by its selection of creative and tasty cocktails. Breakfast buffet was outstanding (especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict on croissant); freshly squeezed fruit juices; everything we ate there was delicious. Enjoyed several sponsored activities: Vietnamese language, gift-wrapping, coffee-making, & cooking classes. Chef was incredibly warm and friendly, offering a guided tour of the sizable organic herb garden on premises. Our personal butler, Nhu, was attentive to our needs and responsive to all our requests, providing a highly personalized yet professional service. The river shuttle is the best (& most enjoyable) way to travel to/from the city center (District 1), but it runs only 4x/day. We usually took a Grab car, which was convenient but more time-consuming. If you visit during monsoon season, be prepared for some temporary flooding on nearby streets and alleyways approaching the property. Very memorable experience.

Our first time here as a family and loved it. We had late midnight checkin, we took a taxi onto the property, and the travel to the hotel was an experience in itself. The road to the hotel is under developed to the point where even the taxi driver was unsure if this was the right location, but do not let that deter you as upon making the approach you’re met with a grand entrance and a very friendly staff. All staff seemed to be well trained and professional, they all say hi and accommodating. Our cute butler Nhi made our experience even a memorable one.

An absolute delight staying here. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious for me and my family, the private pool was lovely to be able to jump in and out as we please. The food was lovely and the spa also beautiful. While this place is more expensive that other places in Vietnam, the remote setting was a peaceful and relaxing way to end our holiday
