Great place to stay very friendly staff

Very friendly owner. She helped us a lot.

Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. We didn’t get the homestay/family feel here at all - conversation was at a minimum. The least interested/welcoming stay we have had in 5 weeks. Owner was helpful w trip to Hué but expect 3-4 hrs drive each way as speedlimit is 60km/hr so not possible to combine Ba Na Hills and Hué in one day as we planned w owner. Travelling w/ kids we were disappointed pool was not cleaned/ready for use. Also no barrier around pool so be careful if u stay with children. Laundry service was excellent!

Our time at the Ahn Family Homestay was one of the best during our month-long stay in Vietnam. The home is both beautiful and in a convenient location - a quiet, quaint, and friendly neighborhood but not far from the old town and famous tourist sites. Anh and the family took exceptional care of us! They made delicious breakfast to order each morning, gave us many tips for our itinerary and had both bicycles and motorbikes on site for us to rent. Our family of 4 loved our stay. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms clean, and the pool was refreshing to enjoy after a day of exploring. They also arranged a driver to take us to Da Nang to our next hotel that was cheaper than a grab car or any other options we could find.

Such a nice place, the staff were really nice and the homestay is very cosy. The location is also good, not in the centre so very silence and is less than 10 minutes walking. Es un lugar precioso, el personal fue muy agradable y es muy pintoresco. Esta bien ubicado, no en eñ centro así que es silencioso y a menos de 10’ pie del centro
