Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs. There was also no hot water the whole time. However the location is perfect, the bed was comfy, the service was fine, and there is an excellent restaurant attached (seriously, the restaurant is amazing). So the hotel is okay, but nothing great.

They care about the restaurant rather than the accommodation, so they don't care about the accommodation at all

사파광장 앞이라 위치가 매우 좋음. 가격 대비 만족함. 방음, 침구류, 외풍 등은 불만 요소임. 그러나, 호텔 외부 소음은 거의 없고, 12월 겨울에 맞는 전기장판이 침대에 깔려 있음. 2019.12.8~10. 이용시 자체조식이 아닌 바로 옆 호텔 라운지 뷔페조식을 제공해 줬는데 훌륭했음. 사파여행은 판시판 편하게 다녀오고, 소수민족 마을 트래킹하고, 저녁에 전세계 여행자들 보며, 이곳저곳 다니길 원한다면, 무조건 사파광장 앞 숙소를 선택해야함. 10분 이상 걷다가는 다음날 일정 망치게 됨. 그리고, 베트남 여행시 팁좀 잘 주고 적당히 흥정하세요. 진상 유투버와 블로거들이 한국인 망신 다 시켜놨다는 느낌이었음. 대우 받고 싶으면, 상대방을 먼저 대우하세요.

nice place and very to go anywhere from this hotel location. service was nice and helpful. but there is no lift. warmer bed is a bonus.

central location. they have electric warmer bed during cold weather which is a bonus. one of the day no hot water but other days its very hot. the breakfast serving in another location but its near by. the variety is acceptable. no lift if you have issue with your legs. overall its a good place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay here, it was quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. The hotel and family running it were absolutely amazing and helped me to really enjoy my stay in Sapa.

Family owned hotel, they were so friendly and helpful during our stay. We stayed one night at Sa Pa and they help us booked a tour for trekking as well as telling us what to see around. The hotel is well located, with breakfast included. I would definetely stay here agaim!

El lavabo de la habitación daba un poco de asco, estaba algo sucio y después de tirar de la cadena todo olía a cloaca. Por lo demás todo bien. Nos guardaron la mochila durante el trekking 1 noche, aunque lo hicieron en el mismo pasillo del hotel... Por el precio se puede pedir poco más, pero realmente la limpieza es bastante justa como para el 9 que tiene de media ( el baño público por ejemplo estaba todo sucio mojado y pegajoso)

Staff cheerful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, right in the hub of the nightlife ( should you want that), yet the room was quiet and not affected by the activities. A pleasant experience

We booked for a night of twin beds room in Anise, it was a surprise that the hotel upgraded our room to family suite (1 single bed and 1 double bed). We also booked a terrace farm trekking tour from Anise, the hotel owner is so kind that even allow us for late checkup, so that we can enjoy a shower in the afternoon after back from the tour. The hotel restaurant offered the must try unique Vietnamese egg coffee that you don’t want to miss it.

Location okie. Worth the money spent.

2日間滞在しましたが、最初から最後まで本当に親切にしてもらいました。マネージャーのHoanはよく気がきくし、トレッキングツアーからバッハ市場へのツアーまで全て予約してくれました。トレッキングには長靴まで手配してくれて、本当に助かりました。また必ず泊まりたいです！
