Advanced registration is required by law. During booking (and at least 3 days prior to departure), please provide (under Special Requests) all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date).

Guests who fail to provide requested information are not allowed to be on board, according to local regulations. The Cruise reserves right to cancel bookings of guests who do not send passport information 1 day before arrival date.

The hotel can arrange a roundtrip transfer (from Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi). Please note other details below:

From 1 October 2018, the property offers transfer service, which uses the new highway Hanoi-Hai Phong, from any hotels in Hanoi, at a rate:

Roundtrip price for adults: USD 55 per guest

Roundtrip price for children from 5 - 12 years: USD 35 per child

Private transfer:

A 4-seater car is priced at USD 170 per car

A 7-seater car is priced at USD 185 per car
