Facility and service was great. Rooms are clean and updated. Not so nice for walking around property if you have young ones

Clean and friendly staff

Easy access to the beach Bãi Bà Kèo; the room is very clean, it has a lot of spaces, rooftop pool is excellent, nice ocean view and breakfast buffet is great with local fruits, we are really enjoying it! Definitely come back to stay next time.

Ok hotell med stort rum, men är ju inte sånt hotell man vill bo på sånt här ställe. Rätt ocharmigt. Vi bytte till bo på närliggande resort vid stranden. Läget på hotellet är dock bra, nära till restauranger och strand. Frukosten var stökig och högljöd. Man ville mest därifrån. Passade inte oss alls. Trevlig personal.

Enjoyed my stay here,very relaxing. There's a good pool on the roof with a bar and food menu's although I never found it too busy when there.

What you see is not what you get! Chambre de luxe: mur abîmé, peinture sur plinthe, miroir Touch screen salle de bain non fonctionnel et qui flash, lumière au Led blanc froid - pas terrible pour le romantisme, bain douche qui requiert un petit banc pour y grimper - et sans rideau de douche. Piscine mal entretenue, algues vertes dans les parties ombragées, tuiles devant le bar du roof top cassées, drains de plastiques autour de la piscine brisés, éclats de sang sur le mur donnant accès à la piscine non nettoyés, etc etc. Un gros manque d’entretien général, et si on avait pu quitter pour aller ailleurs, on l’aurait fait. Heureusement qu’ils ont un personnel accueillant (Kay et Van, puis Duong au bar)!

Really good hotel, great location & rooftop area, pool & bar, was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Only slight negative was the bath in the room. The side of the bath was very high and if you have mobility issues this will be a problem. The shower head above the bath was low for someone over 5 feet 8 inches.

Situation appréciable, non loin de la plage et du centre ville. Bon petit déjeuner, varié.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja hotelli oli viihtyisä. Aamiasella hyvä valikoima erilaisia ruokia. Huoneet isot ja meillä oli kaksi parveketta, joka oli ihan huikeeta. Huoneet siistejä ja sijainti rauhallisella paikalla, mutta lähellä kaikkea.

We had a rough start with a harried front desk lady - but they made amends. If you have an option - the guys at the front desk are more helpful with better English. Our room was large, quiet and with comfortable beds and a partial ocean view. There is a small rooftop infinity pool which was nice. We were a three minute walk to the main road with tons of restaurant and bars. There was a great little restaurant called Grandmas Kitchen just a few steps away. A bit south of the main Duong Dong town which was great because the middle of town is noisy and crowded. The beach is a 3 minute walk cutting through beachfront resorts. There is a free electric bus that runs from the airport through town every 10 minutes which was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was very good with something for everyone. I do recommend Aquasun.
