Hotel ATHENA in Saigon has very spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and the staff are polite, respectful, welcoming, and very attentive. It's in a very convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is also very affordable.
Next time I return to Saigon, I will definitely stay here again.

飯店地點還不錯，清潔度也不錯，但我訂了一個行政套房與一個雅典納套房，入住時發現給我二個行政套房，我跟櫃臺反應了，他們竟然跟我說他幫我升級了房間，明明不給我雅典納套房，幫我降級到行政套房，我反應沒用，還打了好幾通越洋電話到客服中心反應處理，結果還是得不到答案，櫃臺依然跟客服中心說幫我升級到行政套房，我反問客服中心，行政套房與雅典納套房價格一樣嗎？哪個房間貴比較高級，客服中心回雅典納套房，我說那我跟朋友都住行政套房，是升級還是降級，客服中心才明白我們有一個房間被降級了，他會幫我要求退差價給我，但何時會退，我也不知道，就看客服中心如何處理了，我看又會跟之前一樣沒消沒息的，只能自認倒霉吧

Sometimes, forget to replace the new cap, shower gel,etc. The attitude of the manager is too bad. He don't clarify the right customers to pretend we make the towel dirty and we are to tell to stop at the light to request to pay the washing fee for the dirty towel. It's too bad feeling that you don't know what's matter and stop for paying penalty. We ask him the towel is belong to which room number? He said 901, but we stay in 801. At that time, I just have the comment on it. How come that your attitude is? No matter your hotel is not too bad, but I dissatisfy such service attitude.

晚上checkin櫃臺建議多加人手，遇到突發狀況才不會讓顧客checkin耽誤太久。當天晚上到，就發生旅客有爭議，櫃臺一直處理他的事，讓我個人在那乾等很久，第一印象就不太好了。另外客房管理還要加強，最後一天早上6點左右，竟然有服務人員直接開門進來，還說是Room Service!我在睡覺根本沒叫客房服務，這是很誇張的疏失。但酒店硬體設施都非常好，很舒適。

房間面積足夠,方便房內工作
另外,因本人攜帶大件樣辦,但每次出去坐車,大堂服務員都非常積極幫忙把大件樣辦送上的士,GOOD!!
還有,酒店設有按摩服務,入住第一天已即時附帶幾張優惠卷,忙碌一天後不失為一個非常好的放鬆活動
不過,早餐比較一般,選擇小和沒有變化,有待改善

酒店附近有大型超市。附近有很多當地餐廳。房間有Smart TV(Samsung)可與手機連結。wifi 速度可接受。早餐設在11樓但電梯只能達10樓。要走一層樓梯。員工親切。整體住宿感覺不錯。距離機場20分鐘車程左右。絕對會再來。

不錯的酒店，酒店距離機場只需20分鐘的士，清潔的房間，酒店都幾新，早餐只是一般，可以改善，酒店附近只有1間大型超市，沒有有型商店，但是附近有數多間餐廳，總體上都幾好。

The staff was all super nice, helpful & accommodating...
The area was great but I found there were not very much great eating places within the immediate area that is walkable ...
The rooms were very nice & clean...
The shower really needs a grab rail to get in & out. The tub is definitely too high .
Someone else commented on it & I thought it was petty & shrugged it off until I experienced it for myself ...
They definitely need to supply more shower gel on a daily basis 😊
We ended up rebooking for an additional 3 days & they moved us to a larger suite which was amazing!
It was just across the hall so it was super easy.
One of my disappointment is they were remodeling the floor where the gym & spa were on.
I didn't bother to actually see if it was available but didn't want to deal with the disarray of that floor .
I would highly recommend this hotel & the price was reasonable...

Everything is good. Friendly staff and good service, excepting for the room we booked. I expected my room with the window so that i could have a good view. Thus, I booked the premium deluxe double bedroom with the window. When I checked in, they gave me the room with frosted window where I couldn't open or look outside. I told staff to ch
ange the other room as I booked for more than 1 week. Staff was very helpfull but unable to find the double bedroom with the window. A bit disappointed as it was our first booking and already paid. That room should not be the premium deluxe, its normal room. I prefer to book the normal room next time.
