Lovely ocean view and the staffs are helpful and friendly . Haven’t have a chance to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool , looking forward to stay at the hotel again very soon . 👍

Great hotel on the local side of Da Nang, plenty of smiling faces, easy for grab to find as well and beach literally across the street! This is my go to hotel when in Da Nang if I don’t want to be in busy tourist area!!

The room was always very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. The included breakfast was a wonderful addition to our experience. If we ever travel to Da Nang in the future we would love to stay at Avenis Hotel again.

ダナン湾側の部屋に泊まりました。
私が初老との事もあり保安のスタッフや食堂などのスタッフさんたちに親切にしてもらいました。周りはお店も少なくちょっと不便ですが、景色は良かった。ありがとうございました。

Not sure who the manager running this place is but it’s not good. Came in at 6:30 to check in (late) but the room wasn’t ready due to them being “busy,” even though checkin is normally 3 or 4. When asked if we could get a late checkout, we were told there would be a fee. No reimbursement for not having a room ready? Room smelled like strong cleaning products, however the shower and sink were not that clean. Free breakfast was just some fruits, some bread, and the options for different types of noodle soup.

The staff here are great especially the ladies at breakfast.

The only downside was that it had no disabled access just steps.

部屋はこの価格としては比較的綺麗で充実している。アメニティにも不満は無い。ただ、朝食会場のメニューはベトナム語のみなのでわからない人は苦戦する。近くにビアホイ的なレストランはあるがスーパーやコンビニが無いので長期滞在する場合は他の宿が良い。
