飯店整體來說硬體比較老舊，但清潔度與服務還算到位，會講中文，所以對只能用中文的旅客比較方便，飯店對面就有一個小超市，所以要購買一些日用品或飲用水很方便。飯店有提供早餐，所以CP值還算OK。

Room charges a little high if compare with their location & facilities. Hotel is clean. Mainland Chinese style breakfast and the noodle not delicious. The elevator not only slow and I also experience that door not open at 7/F.

Convenient, property too old

Staffs are friendly, nice ,helpful . Good location for dinning, shopping and convenience stores. Price is reasonable .

Room size was comfy, but it needs to upgrade with the paint, and curtains bar cleaned. Dust was built up along the whole bar.

The hotel requires remodeling due to its aging infrastructure.

Bat Dat Hotel in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The room is 45CAD per night, but the room is very different from the online photos. Broken all over the place, room much smaller than the average HCM City hotel rooms and also smelly! It’s hell!

エレベータが壊れていて別の部屋に変更させられたが事前に連絡もなく部屋も不潔であった。写真と大きく異なるのであれば予約を編くすればよかったと思う。

Located in Chinatown district - easy to get around with the public bus (01) to the cbd. Has good breakfast and decent sized rooms.

I was booked for 5 nights. at this hotel.. but I only stay 1 night and run away. The hotel condition very dirty and terrible.. I will not recommend Friend go there stay. 👎👎👎

This Bat Dat Hotel is extremely terrible in all aspects, ambience was very bad. Upon entered the main lobby, I was surrounded by some very bad odor, something smell like dead maggots. The staffs were very unfriendly, impolite and rude. The receptionist charged me additional US $10 for 2nd person to stay in the same room. The condition of the room was very bad and stinks. Bed sheets, linens, and pillows were dirty and looked yellowish. Worst, the air condition was not working properly, after let it ran for couple hours; the room was still steamy hot. Asked the staffs to change our room to couple others, but all with exactly the same problems. Breakfast was horrible, only some very basic and simple food, such as toast, porridge, and not much to choose from. It was a very, very unpleasant stay at this hotel. My expectations are not high, but this hotel is just way, way below my expectations. I would definitely not stay again at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone else. Avoid it if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

It's ok for the money. Staff is helpful. Breakfast tends more toward Asian tastes; but then most of their clientele is Asian.
