飯店人員非常親切，早餐多樣化 第一晚入住冷氣壞掉，飯店人員也是馬上處理，修理不好直接換新房間 很有效率!

很有風情的小旅店 房間清潔度若再提升會更好

服務人員很熱心

The staffs there are kind and helpful. The environment is just like the pictures they show on the net. The room is not pretty big but it's enough for me. I'm really satisfied.

隔聲不行,其他都可以

服務人員很友善, 親切, 飯店早餐超級讚, 每天都可以點不同的越南料理, 只可惜最後一天沒有越南糯米飯可以吃.... 只是餐廳太小, 很多時候會擠在同一個時段用餐.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the spacious room and we found it very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring Ho Chi Min City and found this hotel very conveniently located to do this.

我入住兩晚套房，服務人員和經理非常非常親切，也很有禮貌。房間內的備品相當齊全，但浴袍和熱水壺稍微有一點點不乾凈。早餐是單點的，味道還可以，服務很親切。此旅館雖然離濱城市場及范五老街都不遠，但位於小巷子內，晚上會讓人覺得有點不安全，吃宵夜不太方便。

the had hotel always want to earn customer's money, every thing is charged by the pool hotel, surrounding is too noisy to sleep. Trust me that don't choose the hotel. Don't give your passport to lobby counter, they may ask you more tips.

Music coming from park as early as 5am!!!!

The stay was sick ay. Totally would come back again. One flaw was the weird fella that was in our room. Just stayed in the corner and watched the whole time. Wouldnt mind some more blankies too i get cold toesies at night.

I booked a stay at Ben Thanh for my family. However, the owner was only willing to communicate with my husband, despite the booking and payment being made in my name (Mrs ie female) Although the owner spoke fluent English, declined to speak to me directly and instead communicated exclusively in Vietnamese and English with my husband. Hostile to have messages relayed through my husband while I was present, “Tell you wife xyz” in English spoken language, As though, I didn’t somehow understand or wasn’t present at the time. Additionally, the room was smaller and more outdated than other options in the area, but did have a semi decent bathroom. Considering the higher cost compared to similar accommodations nearby, I had anticipated a more pleasant experience. Also, the Room door didn’t even lock properly, not ideal!

This was hotel is in a great area for walking to dining and shopping.

It was so beautiful with the view, the property was beautiful, staff amazing & helpful with everything I needed, comfortable, safe.

Having stayed in 10 hotels in the last month. This hotel had no staff. No staff to bring in your luggage or take it to your room. The photo of the reception shows three girls dressed in nice uniforms. But it is not like that. Also we booked and paid for a room with outside terrace !!! But didn’t get one. When I asked about the outside space her reply was they were busy and it wasn’t available. Sorry but if it’s not available when I booked why did you allow me to book it. The hotel is run on a tight budget and it shows !!!
