The hotel's location is perfect, close to main shopping and dining area while remaining quiet on a side street. The staff are very kind and helpful. We had to take the night train to Sapa on the same day when we arrived in Hanoi, and the staff were so kind to let us leave our luggage there and take a shower at their public bathroom for free before we headed to the train station. We enjoyed much our stay in a spacious, modern room at Blue Hanoi Inn after coming back from the trip to Sapa. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is perfect, close to main shopping and dining area while remaining quiet on a side street. The staff are very kind and helpful. We had to take the night train to Sapa on the same day when we arrived in Hanoi, and the staff were so kind to let us leave our luggage there and take a shower at their public bathroom for free before we headed to the train station. We enjoyed much our stay in a spacious, modern room at Blue Hanoi Inn after coming back from the trip to Sapa. Highly recommended!

Staff are nice and helpful. Very good service. The only bad experience is the airport transfer service. Manager already told the driver to take us to international terminal but the driver took us to domestic in the end, and we realized after we got off so we had to wait and take the shuttle bus from domestic to international.

立地場所は大聖堂の近くで歩いてホアンキエム湖へ行ける ドンスアン市場までも歩いていこうと思えば行ける、旧市街地の散策には便利である　Grabを乗りこなせばハノイを満喫できる！

Nothing special. Ok for one night. Clean room, but not luxurious. No hand or face towel. Shower drain underneath the sink, so the toilet floor would be all wet after taking a shower. The area was ok, very close to the cathedral, walking distance, end of the alley.
