服務和房間清潔度尚可

酒店距離范老五街很近。距離往來的機場巴士站只要行400米左右，約行5分鐘。房間在三樓，職員幫忙提行李到房間。樓梯頗狹窄，提著行李不太方便。房間的冷氣好像有點問題，怎樣降低溫度都好像沒有分別。早上5點，附近人家養的雞就會叫醒你，我比較易醒，所以兩晚都睡不太好。職員很友善。整體來說尚算不錯。

地理位置不錯，就在范老五街，根本沒有入住該酒店，去到到登記時才告訴我因為某些情況，沒有房間，然後安排我們到另一間酒店，是另一間酒店（聲稱是同一個family開的），好吧，因為已經網上付錢了，只好接受，另一家酒店就在它對面，但去到check in，房間竟然還沒有清潔，要等30分鐘，等了，入到房間，窗口在走廊，根本不敢開窗，冷氣很殘舊，很嘈，負責人說等5分鐘就不嘈，結果嘈了一整晚，很差的入住經驗！！！！幸好只住一晚！

great location, the service is nice and people are friendly

Room is clean, and they even let us check early so we can actually have a rest in the room as we were so tired from the flight. The staffs there were incredibly friendly and sweet, and has been very helpful, even recommended this great place for pho and it was so delicious! For the price that we paid, we are very happy for the service and the quality of the room. They even got a safe in the room so you can lock up your precious belongings, which is very handy for us. Wifi wasn't too stable for the time that we were there, but we were outside doing tours all the time, so it was alright for us. Good value for the money, will for sure recommend to others for their stay in Vietnam.

Clean quiet basic accommodation with good breakfast. Above all we really appreciated the help we received from Yen on reception with booking onward buses and hotels. She was great.

Good location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast. The room we got given was on the ground floor with a window that faced a wall and a safe that did not work, so first impressions were not great. We asked about the safe and they changed our room to a second floor room with windows onto the street below. Although noisier, this was much preferable. The room was clean and not too far to walk to get to things.

We liked the convenience of our room. The staff helped us figure out how to get places and made helpful suggestions.

Only problem - the printer in the lobby was broken ... no biggie

This hotel is a tad hard to find but it’s in the perfect backpackers area and is still quiet enough to sleep. Very friendly staff and adequate breakfast.

"Quiet" street for saigon city Easily accessible, many bus lines around Walkable distance to main spots Breakfast is simple, bananas, crepes, eggs, scramble eggs, omelette, noodle. On demand so freshly done. Window is not required, its night time at 6pm and sunny at 6am... Nothing to see through and too hot to open it

Big damp/mould patch on roof of our room with really bad smell of damp. Asked to move on several occasions but no other rooms available. Otherwise good location, friendly staff.

The hotel is really nice, but it's quite difficult to find it. The room was nice and clean. They serve amazing breakfast. The hotel is close to the market and streets with bars and restaurants. And 20 minutes away from the Skybar.

liveable conditions, considering that i am sort of a clean freak. Very family type of hotel style, genuine interaction between staffs and stayers.

Very nice hotel in the most turbulent area of Saigon but in quiet small street. Staff is fantastic and very helpful.

The room and bathroom were quite small but great shower and helpful staff. Well located in busy area of Saigon but away from traffic noise. Breakfast was very good with lovely baguette or traditional food.

Hotel sent a car to pick us up ar 3 am at the airport for a reasonal rate Hotel is on a narrow side street and has the rooms across the street from the lobby. No hotwater maker in room

Wonderful, helpful and gentle staff don't make up for the small rooms and the constant noise of construction. For the price though, it is a good budget option in a GREAT location with a nice breakfast. Won't stay here again as there are other options but the staff are beautiful.
