位置不錯，附近有餐廳及商店，吃飯或購物都很方便，老闆夫婦很親切，民宿式的經營方式，入住時就會告知相關的旅遊訊息，早餐的選擇也不錯，不管是越式和西式早餐都好吃，房間空間很大，有陽台及落地玻璃窗，早晨適合日光浴，很棒的住宿體驗!

Owner gave us good and clear advise in Sapa for example tour, restaurants...etc. Although I lived in 2 floor(202 ) with little view from balcony, but don't worry about it. The view is everywhere. If you get up early and before 7 a.m., the roof with wonderful and peaceful view you will be touched.

We arrived in Lao Cai in the early morning via night train from Hanoi. The owner Ms. Van and Mr. Minh helped us to arranged the bus from Sapa to hotel also gave us a warmly greetings upon we arrived in Sapa. Ms. Van also gave us clear suggestions, recommendations regarding the tour arrangement, souvenirs, and restaurants, etc. which saved our energy a lot! haha During our stay, we had really great time with Mr. Minh, Ms. Van and their super adorable daughter. Location is perfect, which is quite, peaceful and also near Cau May street and cat cat village. Room is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Everything is perfect!!! Me and my sister wish we could have spent more time there!!

Ms. Van also gave us clear suggestions, recommendations regarding the tour arrangement, souvenirs, and restaurants, etc. which saved our energy a lot! haha During our stay, we had really great time with Mr. Minh, Ms. Van and their super adorable daughter. Location is perfect, which is quite, peaceful and also near Cau May street and cat cat village. Room is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Everything is perfect!!! Me and my sister wish we could have spent more time there!!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is a family run hotel and they staff were so helpful. They let us in when we arrived past 1am in the morning. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds and was nicely decorated. The following morning, the staff went through a map with us and offered suggestions for restaurants, coffee, places to see in Sa Pa and what walks to do. They also helped us book a tour and taxi. Felt really looked after during our stay and would love to stay here again.

This was an amazing small hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The hosts are a couple who are incredibly helpful! They gave us information about the surrounding areas and accommodated our every need. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with a great view of the mountains. For the price, there is nowhere better to stay in Sa Pa!

The hosts go above and beyond in helping their guests out. They provide maps and information on local foods, markets, travel highlights and even hours. Provided some welcome snacks too :) We even had some questions after we left and they answered them! The only thing I didn't like is that one of the plants outside blocked my view of the mountain. You had to get up to get the view. Also the place is down a little hill, which is not accessible by transportation. You have to walk a bit. The hosts let you know about this in advance.

This is a small and cosy hotel with 4 rooms. The room furnishings are minimal but the owners are a very loving family and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. When I checked in, Van walked me through the map of Sapa and gave me tips on how I should plan my itinerary. Her recommendations turned out to be great! After I checked out, they also allowed me to take a shower (as I had just returned from a Fansipan hike). They are always ready to render assistance and you will not regret staying here!

Approaching from uphill the hotel isn't very visible, but on walking in it was clear why other reviews are so positive. We could not have been made more welcome, and the place and views looked great. The room was spacious, comfortable and great value, and we enjoyed breakfast. Would highly recommend.
