Cap Town Hotel

Stayed six nights with my family of four. A family friendly, suitably located, clean and bright hotel. Great breakfast. Very welcoming and supportive staff.

Staffs are friendly and attentive! Clean room and safe area.

Great hotel in a very good location to walk to all the main sights in city centre. Family room has sufficient size and storage facilities. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Second time staying here. Very nice, clean hotel, excellent service, no bugs. Wifi was pretty good on floor 4. 2 bottles of water a day, and the buffet breakfast is pretty good, good amount of food, coffee and juice for drinks. Overall recommend.

Friendly staff and good service

Very nice place, staff great. Breakfast standard Asian cuisine. Construction noise in the mornings on street, no fault of hotel.

We stayed here one night before flying out of Ho Chi Minh City. It’s a convenient location, very walkable to lots of food options. The window looked into another building. Find for a short stay.

Nice reasonable hotel.

We were a family of 4 staying for one night. After a long flight arriving mid morning the staff were very acommadating getting our room ready for us as soon as they could. Even though our stay was short, we could not fault the staff from our interaction.

Reasonable price with easy navigation

Excellent stay for the price. It's located in a convenient location in District 1. The staff were extradentary. I was able to check in early. Staff were always ready to help with anything I needed and they were warm and friendly while doing so. The hotel is nice and clean. Free breakfast was solid.

Excellent hotel in a great spot in District 1. Many attractions only a short walk or grab ride away. The front desk, bell boys and cleaners were all very pleasant. The room was very clean. The furnishings were old but how ever many years ago they bought the furniture it was probably not cheap just old now. Lots of space in the room. Can’t think of any issues other than the bathroom window doesn’t close and there is no working vent fan in the washroom. Overall 5/5.

This was a nice little hotel in a good location just off a Main Street which meant we weren’t disturbed by traffic noise during the night. We had a superior room but it wasn’t huge. It was clean and comfortable with toiletries provided. There was air conditioning which was lovely. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom but that was it. There’s a fridge and free bottles of water (as well as ones you’ll have to pay for). There is a restaurant there but when we asked what time breakfast was, they said it wasn’t open. There’s free WiFi which worked well. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The way they make you feel welcome and they remembered us which is a great feeling. The girls at the counter are great, the girl at breakfast in the morning is very, very nice and they become more friends than Hotel staff. Overall, we will be back and will recommend Cap Town Hotel to anyone who likes to have accommodation near Ben Than markets. A very well meant THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF from W&H Wassink.
