尽管是在假期，我还是免费升级到了更高级别的房间，可以看到通风的游泳池。早餐不错，鱼汤面和煎饼还不错。友善且乐于助人的员工。我使用了水疗服务，发现还不错。

1）此酒店有一天我下午掛牌清潔，晚上回來沒清潔。
2）有一超高斜梯級拉行李上落平地，一定要改善，有輪椅客一定上唔到房間。有老人即唔會用此酒店。

It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos I kno they must endure complains like this on daily basis.
My advice is if you dont wanna ruin your holiday mood, better ask the hotel to move u far aaay from those group tourists, after all its a nice resort just I won’t recomend anyone to stay ......

It would be better if staff at breakfast did not take your plate away while you’re still working on it. In addition, better not to clear the table and take your bags away when you get up to get more food.
Also, would be great to have BBQ pork.

中国人、韓国人が多くて日本人は見なかった。

Very nice hotel, clean af comfortable. We got an upgrade upon arrival to a suite. Stan was very helpful and nice. Helped us book minivan for our onward journey and tickets to vinwonder. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
