臨近機場附近，可即時到機場簽到非常方便

it is quite convenient, close to the airport few minutes away, and three is a big mall near by. Food is easy to find, the room is big and neat. But the shower and tube designed is no proper, when you take shower, water is splashed everywhere, floor is wet. Breakfast is not bad, coffee is good, pho is delicious. And servants are nice, good service.

交通非常便利 但是因為飯店離機場太近 又要ＣＨＡＲＧＥ過路費關係所以從機場過來短短的路程會比較貴一些，除此之外早餐河粉很好吃非常推推薦服務人員也很友善

工作人員十分有禮，而且有一位懂中文的前台服務員，他樂於解答我們的問題，加上房間很大，設備先進，尤其浴室有獨立的淋浴房及另設浴缸，坐廁亦是先進型，可以滿足個人需要。

Everything is good. However, when the hotel charged me for the cleaning of a very dirty small hand towel, which I agreed to compensate, it charged me an exorbitant fee of USD 5.00. I think it was an unreasonable price, given the living standards of Vietnam. Further, I asked for a taxi service to the airport, which is just 5 minutes from the hotel. The taxi driver apparently overcharged me. The fare is almost triple the fare required. The hotel was responsible for the call taxi and I doubt there was collusion between hotel staff and taxi company (or taxi driver at least) to overcharge passengers. This is testament to deception.

Staff in the hotel nice, helpful In the main desk and in the hall, we have to leave during the night. They find us a taxi for the airport.

Policy was no cancellations or changes. I booked this room way in advance and neither the hotel or Expedia would allow a cancellation or a date change. Horrific policy and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure before booking that the person is sure that there is no changes allowed. So I wasted the price for the room as my travel plans changed. I had stayed at this hotel twice in the past but never again. And this is the 2nd time Expedia has had shady dealings with providers. I will no longer utilize their services in the future either.
