You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Breakfast surcharge VND 65,000/child under 11 years old. Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bed. Children from 6 under 12 years old (using existing bed) will be charged additionally upon check-in. Children 12 years and over are counted as adults and must use an extra bed. The fee of extra bed is dependent on the type of room you choose. IMPORTANT HOTEL GUIDELINE: Pursuant to the notice from Ministry of Public Security all National Travellers to provide ID card and birth certificate for children aged till 14 years All International / Expat government official guest including kids and adults must provide valid Passport with valid Visa / E-Visa / Temporary Resident Card or Mission Passport / Passport for Public Affairs / Identification card issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon check-in. On unavailability of the documents the hotel reserve the right to no admission.
