Very helpful and welcoming staff, but the facilities were old and it wasn't the cleanest hotel. It's located close to the beach on a touristy area. A little bit noisy since the walls are super thin. Overall it was ok, but I've seen better in Vietnam.

Amazing place to stay for such a low price. Sure the alley it's in looks a little sketchy at first but it's totally safe and there's also some good restaurants in it and around the corner that don't charge an arm and a leg. The beach is a very short walk away (the time it takes to play one song). So many restaurants in the area it would take you a year to try them all. And the front desk ladies are all so nice, as others have commented. Always greeting you with a sincere, genuine smile even though they must see each guest a few times a day. The room itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The water in the showers is now hot I can report (a complaint from older reviews). So if you're on a budget and just want a clean, decent, well located room without paying an arm and a leg, this place fits the bill.

We arrived earlier than check in time but the room was ready. This hotel is located in an alley just beside the big street. We were quite sceptical about the location when we arrived but after meeting the staffs we were glad with our choice. I would say that Muslim’s are rare in Nha Trang (especially women in hijabs) but the staffs here made we feel very welcomed. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time if we are coming back.

A simple hotel. Very good for the price we paid. Very near to Liberty Central Hotel where we had an International Conference. About 2 minutes walk.

Welcoming staff. Offers booking activities and transportation including renting motorbike. In a quiet alley of a big street. Close walk to the beach.

Everything was very good ! Will stay again. They were very caring about sending emails when before answering after my friend staying.

The hotel provides you great services like tours information, taxi, bike rental and many more. The staff was really nice and helpful.

mostly great but the air conditioner was not efficient enough

Bed is just a foamy. Bats flying at you when walking to the room at night. There is no beach until low tide (pictures are taken to make it seem like there is). Towels were old and stained. The staff is really good though

Basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but very cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location!

I enjoyed my stay here as the staff were lovely however I was left with a bitter feeling at the end due to an incident with my rental. A big word of warning about scooter hire here (and anywhere in Vietnam). I was forced (they keep your passport until check out) to pay 14million Dong ($814 AUD) replacement cost for my rental that was stolen (White Honda Wave plate: 79-N1-36094) while parked near the beach at night for a few minutes. Lesson painfully learnt, always keep an eye on your rental, otherwise only park in paid areas that give you a ticket (don't loose this).

My family stayed in 3 rooms and all was really clean and nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the area was save and nice - very close to the beach; different activities around, in the heart of Nha Trang's tourist center... However, the hotel is in a small alley and has no parking place. So we had to park from quite a distance. If they would have had a garage, this hotel would have been perfect. Anyway, we all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice quiet location although very centrally located in the main tourist area. A number of local restaurants, a little fruit and vegetables market and motorbike rental are available just opposite the hotel.

The lady at receptionist was very helpful and kind. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of good eating places as well as spa. The night market and beach is at walking distance. Amazing deal, would come back again if visiting Nha Trang.

My friend and I stayed here for one night during our time in Hanoi. Quick check in and friendly staff. We found the room quite dirty and there was a lot of small ants all over the room. We didn't get any blanket so the night was very cold. Big disappointment that the breakfast was served in check in lobby. Wouldn't book this again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved that it was a 5 mins walk to the beach, right off the main street but still offered a quiet environment since it is in a small alley. The staff was wonderful! We stayed for 7 nights and would certainly come back the next time we are in the area.
