非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。

The room was excellent for the price, and even had the small balcony (where most space was taken by laundry machine). I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing. I was a bit confused if I will find this property, but there is a sign for the property in the main street and just walk to the end of street and you will find it. Didn't see any staff when checking in, but there was my keycard with my name at the front desk waiting for me, so it was easy though little bit weird way to check in. Also I wasn't given any info before or after check in about anything. I wish there was some kind of letter or book in the room to tell me all the information, for example if there is housekeeping and so on. I didn't receive any housekeeping during my 4 nights stay but I didn't need it. But overall, I can truly recommend this.

I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was a good experience overall BUT there are some points I want to share so others can be aware. The first night I was asigned a room on the second floor (same floor where you enter the property). It didn’t have any windows and the humidity was SO BAD I ended up with chest pain, thankfully I communicated this to the staff and they said they would change my room because I was staying there for many days (does it mean if I had stayed less they wouldn’t have changed me?), I was transferred to a room on the second floor that was really really good! No complains about this room. Nonetheless, the first night there, a building close to the hotel decided to hold a party (it was Thursday) and they played really loud music until very late, I know this is out of their hands so I can’t really complain about it. When I needed soap for the washing machine they kindly provided it for me, and let me use their drying machine too, which was nice! Another thing is, although the water is not super cold, most days the shower didn’t have hot water, more like just warm water. It wasn’t too bad but it would have been nice to have hot water everyday. I think the area was good for me because in general is a chill neighborhood and there’s many cafes and restaurants close by. Also just a 20 min drive to the old quarter so I’d recommend it if you DONT stay in the second floor and if you don’t want to be in the middle of all the chaos in the old quarter.
