Check-in Instruction (hướng dẫn nhận phòng): - If the guest's name on the booking voucher if different from the guest's who check-in at the hotel, surcharge of VND 500,000/room/night shall be applied, or else hotel have the right to refuse the check-in process. (Nếu tên khách trên Xác nhận đặt phòng không trùng khơp với tên khách tới nhận phòng tại khách sạn, phụ phí VND 500,000/phòng/đêm sẽ được áp dụng, hoặc khách sạn có toàn quyền từ chối cho khách nhận phòng) - Pets are not allowed at the property. (Vui lòng không mang theo thú cưng vào khu nghỉ) - Food is not allowed to bring into hotel rooms and villas (Đồ ăn từ bên ngoài không được phép mang vào khu vực phòng khách sạn và villa)
General Policy extra charge for Children (including Breakfast only): - Children from 11 years old above are considered as adult, compulsory extra bed is required VND 950,000 - Children from 5 - 10 years old (with extra bed): VND 650,000 - Children from 6 - 11 years old (without extra bed): VND 250,000 - Children from 3 - 5 years old (without extra bed): FOC -Infant from 0 - 2 years old (without extra bed ): FOC
Extra charge for Children with Halfboard (Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner): There would be surcharge for extra children/person including Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner by age following the house’s rule which shall be informed by the Reception upon check-in
The main guest name on the booking must match the name on the guest's ID card when checking in. If not, please contact online channel to ask for name amendment. In case, there is no update notification from online channel, check-in request will be rejected or room fee deposit shall be required.
