The room is so comforable that we loved to stay rather than go outside. Nice services,. friendly and helpful. It's better to visit again but not during CNY since shops are closed.

Prompt and exceptional service, excellent amenities, luxurious standard rooms, incredible value. Two grocery stores located within the same building with wide selection of wares. Countless F&B options walking distance from the hotel and nice neighbourhood overall.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice rooms with kitchenette and washer/dryer.

We loved this hotel. It had a rooftop bar and pool with a great view, and in addition it had a pool at ground level which was great for relaxation. Our room was really nice and the staff was really friendly. The area was also nice, with both local and international food options. There was a shopping mall right by the hotel which was great for buying groceries and get a local coffee, and the hotel was right by the lake, so it was a beautiful walk into town. The only thing that was not 100% was the breakfast, which was a bit boring. Other that that, 10 out of 10.

Good for families, I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with good daily cleaning service and all amenities available and in good working condition and they even supply daily washing powder for the washing machine, however there is NO dish washer. 2 bathrooms with built in washing spry however the master bath room is directly opened to the bed room with NO physical barrier! The area is good very close to the west lake and the diplomatic quarter and there are 3 close bye HALAL restaurants. The reception staff are generally cooperative but i still have my deposit NOT reached my account despite receiving an email from them that they have completed the transaction. Swimming pool in good condition but not that deep and there is access to the gem and health club all in tower A and the whole building is connected to a 2 levels shopping center with 2 grocery shops.

This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok. I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive. I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night. Bed linen could be improved. Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes. However the price is ok

Nice apartments in a great location.

Really nice hotel located in tay ho, west lake. Apartment was roomy self contained ands handy to the lake and cafes, restaurants.

Some Staff did not keep his mouth shut and told People about me staying there. I told him it was confidential- TWO TIMES. Made a lot of problems for me. Never ever will i come back.

Rooms are well maintained and there are dining options nearby.
