一切都符合预期。房间和浴室都很棒。地理位置优越。他们没有客房送餐服务菜单，所以总是需要从外面/周围买些吃的。员工很友好。我推荐住在这里 :)

Het is een super fijn hotel. In de oude wijk, alles bijna op loop afstand. Genoeg lekkere eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Maar vooral heel belangrijk zeer behulpzaam personeel. Vietjet had onze ticket omgeboekt naar een andere tijd. Door een telefoontje van hun was het binnen no time weer terug gedraaid.

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

Séjour décevant, nous avions réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles pour un moment sympa… loupé….
La chambre est petite, basse de plafond, une fenêtre de 30x30 cm, bref, pas fou….

Sweet place to stay in old town. The other reviews don't lie, so don't really have much to add! We enjoyed how we were treated and the help and information we got. All staff members were absolutely great and welcoming.
Only issue in the room was the safe being locked, so not possible to use, didnt ask to get it fixed either, as it felt more than safe here!!
Thanks for having us, we would love to stay again!

We loved being able to book excursions directly through them. There was never a glitch to the plans, our names always on a 'list', drivers on time, greeters everywhere. Organized and flexible and every detail taken care of and thought of on their end. Highly recommend using their services. Daytime manager was suburb.
