這是我住過最好的渡假村環境看起來偏僻 但是很幽靜大多是歐美人日本韓國人入住非常寧靜食物美味服務佳太棒了

很有sense的居住環境，旅客素質高，SPA服務超讚，重視環保及天然的度假村，員工笑容輕切，服務迅速，唯一可惜的是海水偏濁，水上娛樂較少。

Very perfect resort

I had wonderful time staying 4 night in here, the resort is very new and modern with bungalow style, staff are very kind and nice, food are delicious at reasonable price. Kayak and snorkeling are available in front of the resort and equipment are free to borrow. Swimming pool is clean to use. there is a very special and romantic dinner corner built for couple. The location of resort is pretty far to the center of the town if you want to visit the night market, but it also means less people with more peace and privacy. Resort offer free shuttle between resort and airport, better email to resort early for free pick up. I called them 3-4 hours early for pick up from airport but it was too late for them to arrange, I paid around 17 USD to reach resort which is still fine to me. I highly recommend here.

Everything was great and i had a comfortable stay. But i was a bit disappointed that the other side of the resort was not open.

Beautiful location and facility to relax, swim in the sea or pool, enjoy a nice cocktail and sleep in a beautiful cabin surrounded by trees with a seaview.

This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. Super schönes Hotel für europäische Reisende. Kostenloser Flughafentransfer. Ein großer Gecko im Zimmer wurde „fachmännisch“ gefangen (beim 2. Versuch). Ansonsten schöne Anlage. Sehr gefallen haben uns die Freiluft Restaurants. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön und privat. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und alle kümmern sich toll um einen (per WhatsApp Chat).

We had an amazing stay at the Green Bay resort. The staff are all excellent and attentive, the food at the Gio restaurant is great and we ate there multiple times. The amenities at the beach like snorkelling and kayaking are super fun. Highly highly highly recommend, we will be back!

Can’t say enough good things about staying at Green Bay. It has a quiet, relaxed vibe while still offering plenty to do. The rooms are luxurious and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning.
