There is a very big difference between reality and pictures on the website. The hotel is poorly maintained and the door lock is falling apart. Shower is weak and hard to control its temperature. Staff were quite friendly.

基本背包客旅社，入住的二樓房間老舊，跟照片上有所差異，網站上的照片應該是其他樓層的。櫃檯很親切。

It's not a big or luxury hotel, but their staffs are very friendly and they help you whatever you need. Ex.: city map, restaurant recommend, laundry service, local tour suggestion and booking, send postcards.... The location is good and good value to stay. I had good experience with them. Highly recommend!

Family room is great with 3-4 beds. The entry is small and up 15 steps so if you’re not a walker, don’t come here. Breakfast is fair.

The staffs are friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The first room we received was just above street level and beside the kitchen so very noisy from 6am to 1am, incessant honking of car horns made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Asked for a quieter room next morning and was given a nice big room on 3rd floor and could not hear any noise at all. After that we had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not according to pictures and information. Fake view and the interior was not accurate with pictures from websites. The door to the room was not the safest one and all sounds from the hallway was easy to hear in the room. Cleaning was not good. Bed was good. Air conditioning was working well. TV was small and not working. But central in Old town, and the staff were sweet and service minded. All in all an ok experience.

Friendly staff but the condition of the room is needed better maintenance.

Billederne var både meget, meget gamle og ikke alle fra dette hotel. Det er meget slodt og ikke særlig rent. Personalet var venlige og hotellet ligger fint.

The hotel did not look anything like what was advertised online. It looked as if everything online was photoshopped. The hotel was centered around a street market. Therefore, a lot of noise and bad smell. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. There were not much variety in terms of breakfast. Laundry service was available. The inside of the hotel was hot but the rooms were very cool temperature. The staff was lovely especially Penny.

The location is close to the market and lake and other attractions, it is clean and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly

La chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos ! Pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais 2 portes en bois qui donnent accès à un petit balcon (donc pas de lumière extérieur lorsque ces portes sont fermées) Elles n'isolent évidement pas du bruit, donc vous profiterez pleinement du bruit de la rue et des klaxons toute la nuit. De l'autre côté une porte donnant directement sur le lobby et le lieu de passage des clients vous garantira du bruit venant de l'intérieur, au cas où le bruit de la rue ne suffirait pas. Même avec des bouchons d'oreilles j'ai passé une mauvaise nuit et quitté cet établissement pour la suite de mon sejour à Hanoi.

Pho and omelette for breakfast. Very near everything. Right next to the weekend night market as well. Great staff, great food and great location.
