有綠色概念的酒店，喜歡。整體舒適，早餐簡單但充足且提供現煮的服務，很棒。地點優，購物也方便。推！

Book了一間雙床豪華房,但那張雙人大床,只不過是用兩張單人床褥合併而成,兩張床褥之間罅隙凸起十分難眠,房間沒有窗門而且入住時 房間有好大陣異味,需要經常打開房門吹散異味,酒店有表示又沒有房間可以更換.. 唯一酒店地點十分方便,就在老城區及近還劍湖.

地點非常近還劍湖，步行到酒吧街和大教堂只需5分鍾，附近有很多地道小吃。 房間潔，職員很熱情，特別是幫我們check in那位前台令人印象深刻。

酒店服務人員在我們入住時，給了我們一張貼心叮嚀～～如何過馬路、如何應對街頭推銷以及如何殺價？例如：過馬路時要有自信，保持直線；學習當地人是如何過馬路的。 應對推銷的街頭小販，如果不買，要堅定說「不」，不要說「不，謝謝」，太客氣，會讓他們以為有機會。再者不要觸碰他們的產品，也不要有任何眼神交流或接觸。 至於如何議價呢？ 向商販殺一半的定價，接著把價格提高到你能接受的價格點或假裝要離開，若成功議價後，才拿出錢包。 還要注意假冒或詐騙的旅行代理。 房間整潔乾淨，早餐樣式很多，還能特別單點現做。

It’s great to live in such a lovely place. Eira is a nice girl who can speak mandarin. Their service are excellent.

The staffs were pretty nice. Provided all the information that we might need even without us asking. The rooms were great, bigger than I expected and super clean. Will want to stay in the same hotel next time.

Staff is friendly,and specially the intern Lucy did a well introduction to us, breakfast is penty and good. But if the budget is enough, book the room with city view to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, or you will feel the room is dark and air is not circulating. Spa services quality are aubject to each person, I feel great but others feel too light even we paid the very strong prices. But afterall it is a good bargain after 20-30% off the regular prices.

Nice and clean hotel

Hospitality staffs with wonderful environments. Very new and clean! Near Hoan Kiem lake, just 5~10 mins walk. Wonderful experience here. So pity that I didn't try their spa service.

The location is very good, located in the old town, many attractions can be reached on foot, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, convenient for eating and shopping. The staff at the counter was very friendly and professional. The room was decorated with plants. Fresh roses were placed on the bed. It was amazing. After leaving for Halong Bay, I checked in. The luggage was placed in the room. Very good service, delicious breakfast, content. The choice is varied and the staff is very kind and courteous. When leaving, the counter staff also helped determine the taxi and helped get the luggage on board.
