Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The fire alarm went off one night, because some one smoked in their room. Not the hotels fault.. but annoying for us since we had already not slept good the last two nights some where else. Good rooms, clean, great hot water! Had room cleaned every day which we had not in all other hotels we booked.

โรงแรมที่ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา พนักงานดีมาก สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี พนักงานทุกส่วนดีมาก ห้องพักดี สะอาด กว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าดี ทุกอย่างดีมาก คุ้มค่ากับราคา

จองแล้วไม่ได้ห้องพัก ให้ไปพักที่อื่น ทาง รร แจ้งว่าเกิดจากปัญหาของ Traveloka ที่ไม่ส่งอีเทล์ยืนยันให้กับทาง รร ซึ่งเหตุผล และปัญหาทั้งหมด ไม่เกิดขึ้นจากการจองของลูกค้าเลย ชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ซึ่งเหตุการนี้ไม่น่าจะเกิดขึ้น

Tôi có 1 đêm tại khách sạn, dịch vụ rất tốt, có điều Tivi trong phòng cần cải thiện (bật không lên hình). Bữa ăn sáng cũng rất ngon

Dù mình đã đặt phòng trước 1 tháng và thanh toán trước nhưng khi đến khách sạn báo full phòng & đổi mình sang khách sạn khác (dù mình không được thông báo trước & không đồng ý nhưng khách sạn báo không còn lựa chọn nào khác). Sau khi tìm hiểu mình nhận ra có rất nhiều du khách gặp phải vde tương tự. Vấn đề này mình đã làm việc với quản lý khách sạn để góp ý & thống nhất hướng xử lí, với mong muốn khách sạn sẽ không để xảy ra trường hợp như vậy với bất kì khách du lịch nào nữa. Hi vọng khách sạn sẽ cải thiện vấn đề này.

Booked this hotel but was transferred to Fiesta Grand Hotel (was told that this was an upgrade). The room was small, and there were ants. Overall experience is ' Just OK ', but the staff were nice!

Great services, staff are excellent and informative. The room is nice for the price range, they also gave me daily fruit if you stay more than 2 nights, I think.
