Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel

地點很不錯，在老城區步行街的稍外圍，除了隔音不好地點絕佳。 其餘的毛病太多了，入住的芳香劑過重，沒有給厚棉被，早餐簡陋還有果蠅螞蟻，服務人員大多在滑手機，還有人進入我房間不知道原因。

髒亂丶不適合喜歡乾淨舒適的人

地點佳，清潔度待改進，床頭桌上有螞蟻出現。

地點方便，就在市中心，走到哪裡都很近。早餐一般、景觀是看內街。週末晚上會聽到街上的聲音，但是沒有影響到我。員工非常非常有禮貌。從機場坐taxi來，跟酒店安排車的價錢大致是一樣的。

酒店離86機場巴士下車處很近（2條街而已），附近景點步行可到，蛋咖啡、法式餐廳、36古街、還劍湖都近在盈尺，酒店房間夠大，員工也都很親切，尤其前台的Nancy（Xin chào Nancy）都是笑咪咪的，英文也蠻流利，值得推薦的酒店

物超所值，近公車站，從機場坐86號巴士走5分鐘就到了。早上的早餐不錯。不到千元的房價，經濟實惠。離sapa expriss近，可直接到公司買票。早上走路去集合，可佔個好座位 從河內到sapa單程us$12，往返同價無折扣。

到現場時幫我們升等為最大的房間，有一個陽台，室內空間也非常的大， 離還劍湖和36古街都非常的近

距還劍湖約走路3分鐘距離，且逛街買東西都很方便.櫃台人員英文也不錯，服務態度也好，cp值不錯的住宿地点。

早餐在9樓~可以眺望遠景~離還劍湖和36老街很近~服務人員態度好~

The location is good , just next to the St Joseph church . Easy to reach nice cafes and shopping area. Bed Linen and towels are clean. Staff are friendly and reception help us to get the taxi to train station. Just one thing need to note is that the electric socket cannot be found easily in the room. We have to use the one for the TV and it's under the table.

I will come back Hanoi because of this hotel.

房间不大，一梯两户的楼

靠陽台的房型不錯 , 但在環劍湖路邊有點吵 , 不過早餐餐廳是頂樓 , 風景好又乾淨

Thank you for taking care of me from the midnight pick-up on August 12th to the night pick-up on the 16th. The room was double 1 and single 1 for two people. Breakfast is delicious. The number one is the kind response of the staff. I'm worried about the tour schedule and negotiate with the tour company, Thank you for taking care of me a lot. Thank you. I would like to take care of you again in the future.

Friendly staff and an excellent location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, close to restaurants, street food, and various activities.

The Hotel is very well located, the staff is great they would go beyond to make guests to feel welcome and meet their expectations. Lili is the motor of the hotel. Will recommend this hotel.

Noch schlechter kann es nicht gehen! Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer sauber, aber beide Kissen waren stark verschmutzt und hatten keine Kissenschoner, unter dem Bettlacken lagen viele Haare wahrscheinlich von den anderen Gästen, teilweise gab es auch diverse Flecken. Im Zimmer kriechten und sprangen irgendwelche kleine Insekten (Flöhe, Bedwanzen?) herum. Unter solchen Umständen war das Bleiben im Hotel nicht möglich und ich musste mich nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen. Das Hotelmanagememt hat die Stornierung und Nachbesserung verweigert.
