Great service and very clean hotel room. More than enough space for a couple! Not the most central location though, the streets nearby are more hardware stores so you have to walk slightly further for food. Also, the road into the hotel is one way, so when taking Grab the car might have to go one round just to get to the hotel.

Cannot recommend enough the hotel Chateau de Hanoi if coming to Hanoi. Great location, outstanding service from every staff member, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms modern, and well maintained..Buffett breakfast excellent and caters for all tastes.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The hotel itself was spotless and well taken care of, with modern facilities and a cozy atmosphere.
The area around the property was quiet and felt very safe, yet still super convenient everything from transport to shops and great dining options was just a short walk away.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast: a generous spread with plenty of fresh, tasty options to suit all preferences. It really set the tone for each day.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful yet connected location. I’d happily come back!

Great hotel in the heart of Old Quarter. Easy to walk to all major tourist attractions from here. Hotel staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast options.

Hospitality was great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us arrange transfer to the airport. The included breakfast was also delicious, I liked that they included traditional Vietnamese food like banh cuon. Rooms were quite clean

We booked the honeymoon room and it was excellent! The room was well appointed and very clean. Staff were alway trying to go the extra step and were very kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and we were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. It is walkable to all the sights and shops!
