Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa

This hotel is located in a relatively peaceful area that is away from the fuss and bust of the old quarters. Spacious and modern rooms. The staff also went an extra step of preparing a breakfast box for us to go when we needed to head the airport at 6 early morning.

喜歡它的整潔，和友善的員工，食物也很不錯 不喜歡酒店窗簾太薄，早上有點亮了

非常推薦,2019年開幕時曾經入住，員工依舊友善,這次我們只在河內兩日一夜非常短暫，打車去任何一個地方都好方便 而且包早餐 味道也不錯！

房間很可愛又乾淨，而且隔音非常好，床也很好睡，非常推薦!

飯店非常新，設計跟服務也非常好，但水壓及水溫不太穩定。

櫃檯服務人員的態度親切且於check-in 適時送上水果飲料及毛巾，服務比五星級飯店還好，入住期間主動常常問即可幫忙之處，Dat 介紹的越南餐廳讓我們一行四人留下很好的回憶。 房間內的陳設完善，特別是床，柔軟又舒適，一覺好眠到天亮。 早餐的多樣與品質之高更是令人激賞，從各式的麵包到鮮榨果汁無不讓人食指大動。餐廳服務人員更是殷勤細緻。 感謝Aubrey, Monica 及Dat 的各方面服務, 期待下次的住宿。

Wonderful hotel with added bonus of use of pool across the road at the sister hotel. Lovely staff, friendly and attentive. Hotel was so clean and safe. Lovely cafe and breakfast choices were excellent.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine, especially the included breakfast. But the deal breaker was, there was mold in the room, which you can smell the second you step in. And the shower situation in the bathroom was terrible, water all over the floor when you're done.

Cute property and the AC was good.

The hotel and our room were clean, and the free breakfast buffet was definitely a plus. The location was convenient; most places were walkable. For me, the bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in—I put pillows underneath me because it was so uncomfortable—but my fiance didn’t find anything wrong with it. Also, water from the shower kept leaking out of the tub (although it may be because we didn’t know how to use the shower properly). The only reason why I gave this hotel 5 stars, and would give 6 stars if I could, was the friendly, extremely helpful staff. One of the receptionists, Eri was AMAZING. She gave us local recommendations of restaurants where the food was more authentic and not touristy. She was so, so kind to us. She even sent me a message after we checked out saying she hoped we had a blast in Hanoi. We did have a blast in Hanoi because of Eri :)

The front desk service was really good. Attending to our needs on constant basis from check-in, Spa booking confirmation, Restaurant booking, and smooth and thorough check-out. Much appreciated.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms with great comfort. A true gem in the city, a little north of the Old Quarter. Hanoi is a noisy city, so please keep this in mind, but This does not affect thus great hotel.

ミニマムなホテルで、所々可愛い感じで、旅行に滞在しやすかったです。フロントの方もとても親切に地図にメモをしながら周辺の施設について教えて下さったので助かりました◎ 空港からホテルまでの送迎も往復お願いしました。 お部屋をトイレのシャワーが別になっていて便利だったし、お湯も温かいお湯がしっかり出て快適でした。最終日の夜にはスパも利用させて頂きとってもスッキリしました。

Amazing staff, lovely hotel and the best one in Hanoi.

全般的にとても良かったです。 ただ、2泊とも、朝のシャワータイム、お湯の温度がなかなかhot にならず、warm のままでした。 残念です。

Very good standing, the room was very clean, the staff is very friendly. Just the towels which are not good quality and not that clean

テレビの横の机のコンセントの感度が悪く、充電がされたらされなかったりした。仕方なくベット横のコンセントを使わざるを得なかった。 何より部屋で辛かったのはシャワーの水が弱かった点。この点については他の口コミに書いてある通りの状況だった。 部屋の壁もやや薄い気がした。隣の人が洗面台を使うとその音が聞こえてきた。ハノイの中では決して安いランクのホテルではないと思うが、以上の点で今後は使いづらいと思っている。 一方で朝食は非常に美味しかった。

スタッフの対応が良く、周辺地図をいただいたおかげで　楽しかったです。
