Lovely stay in very classic art deco /french style with great breakfast and amazing views of the city from the roof.Right in the middle of the buzz of old quater

What an absolute little gem of a hotel. Quite tall and narrow like many in the old quarter, but very elegantly decorated from the moment you walk in the front door. We only stayed there one night (prior to a HaLong Bay cruise), but would certainly consider staying longer, if in Hanoi again.

A lovely property, really clean and comfy. Breakfast was great too!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. All the staff are very nice and helpful esp the front desk. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great as well. Has a very nice location and close to mostly everything you need like convenience store, money exchage, souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes etc. I would highly recommend and will gladly book this hotel again if we return to hanoi in the future.

The staff at Peridot Classic is the highlight of our stay. They are nice, they remember you and smiles and greets you all the time. We enjoyed our breakfast with nice view of Hanoi Old quarter, it is walkable to many restaurants & circle K is right in front of the hotel. Will always recommend staying here when in Hanoi. more than 5star hotel.

Overall the hotel was great and in a good location for Hanoi. The only thing that let it down slightly is that for our room the walls were quite thin and so we could hear other rooms/the pipes in the building fairly easily. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay!

Had a lovely 2 nights here. We had a bit of trouble with our luggage being lost by the airline when we arrived, but the reception team were super helpful giving us advise on where to buy temporary clothes, and how to contact the airline's customer services (even translated on the phone from English to Vietnamese for us!!) - really appreciated this as it made quite a stressful start to the holiday a lot more manageable, so thank you!

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but my stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel was so exceptional that I had to. Even after 10 months (stayed May 2024), I still think about how incredible it was. I’ve stayed at many hotels, including luxury ones costing $1,000 per night, but none have matched Peridot’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The manager added me on WhatsApp at the hotel, making communication seamless. The staff was warm, professional, and always went the extra mile. The bed—one of the best I’ve ever slept on—was unbelievably soft and comfortable. The welcome drinks, fantastic breakfast, and stunning views made the experience even better. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hanoi, perfect for exploring. One moment that truly set them apart was when a taxi driver overcharged us nearly $100 for a ride back. The staff immediately stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and got our money back. Their dedication was beyond impressive. To top it off, on my last day, they surprised me with a room upgrade, making my stay even more special. This was, without a doubt, the most memorable hotel stay I’ve ever had. I always recommend my friends visiting Hanoi to stay here—Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel is truly one of a kind!

Cozy accomodations, breakfast was excellent and came with the room. Lots of restaurant and shopping.
