Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team.

接待人員都非常親切及貼心，早餐豐盛美味，床很舒服，地點也相當方便，會期待下次再去！

Staff are excellent and are extremely helpful. Breakfast is great and indeed a very nice surprise, with excellent pho (soup noodle) and banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches). Good location and within short distance from everything.

Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower.

友善親切的服務人員，房間雖然小一點但是舒適，附近有便利商店還有很多餐廳。惟獨喇叭聲不絕於耳，但這似乎是這裡人的習慣。

Receptionists are very helpful and accommodating, and the overall environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast is nice but much more choices would be even better.

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。チェックイン時にお茶とお菓子が出たり、荷物は全て運んでくれるなどホスピタリティを感じました。観光するのに立地がいい分、夜間はバイクの騒音が大きかったです。ですが部屋は綺麗で、朝ごはんは美味しく大満足でした。

We had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 3 nights As a 4star hotel it punches well above it’s weight Firstly it’s greatest attribute are their staff At all levels. From the cleaner the doorman the waiting staff in restaurants & bar & the eloquent front of house guest relations could all not be kinder The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a deluxe room on the 4th floor with a small balcony to view the busy street below in the old quarter. A small downside is it can be a bit noisy from the street, due to being in the heart of the old quarter, the sound deadening helps. The rooms are beautifully appointed & in particular the beds & bedding. The best I’ve ever experienced in comfort & a sanctuary of a busy day out in the frenetic quarter A plus & minus for the bathrooms. Whilst very elegant & well appointed the shower can spray into general area & make marble floor slippery. For the first few days we accepted this, due to so many pluses within hotel, however on the last night a slip became a little treacherous. We chose to make a complaint & the Hotel & staff were right onto it with many apologies. Well exceeding our expectations the management made a point of extending our room stay for a late check out into the early evening due to our inconvenience & knowing full well we had a late evening train connection This to us was the epitome of customer service, well exceeding our expectations. Special Mention to Hazel & Aubrey on front desk for making this happen

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. The only thing we would fault is the shower flooded the bathroom when used as there isn't a way to keep the water from spraying out of the shower. We stayed two nights and toured all around the old quarter on foot so it was great to be able to pop into the hotel for a quick break since it's centrally located. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The bathroom shower lacked shower door or curtain. The shower did not have head with hose.

Our stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel was truly exceptional. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special — from the thoughtful room decoration with towel swans and rose petals to the surprise anniversary cake waiting on our bed. It was such a sweet and memorable gesture that warmed our hearts. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and located conveniently in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and attentive. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight — another thoughtful touch that we deeply appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Peridot Gallery team, for your kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for couples, special occasions, or anyone who wants a seamless and heartwarming experience in Hanoi.

Room was a little small but that's probably cause we booted basic room. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was exceptional. Please keep in mind, this is a hotel in the old quarters of Hanoi and not a hotel in New York or Hong Kong.

Great customer service, friendly staff and great location! Weeks before arriving Tracy was making sure I had everything sorted for our trip, very helpful!!! Beautiful hotel, good breakfast with lots of options to have, room super comfortable and rooftop has amazing view. I recommend to go up to checkout the sunset with a cocktail as both are a great match ☺️ Thanks to everyone working there!!!

We stayed again at the Peridot at the end of our trip for one night before heading back to Canada. Beautiful room and bathroom. Great shower, toiletries and storage in the room. Love the comfy beds! Awesome service from the front desk and staff who delivered our luggage to the room. They have the best buffet breakfast we experienced in our 3 week trip to Vietnam. They make an excellent iced coconut coffee! Would stay ther again.

Beautiful, elegant, totally under-rated hotel. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, the rooms, the decor, cleanliness. Drinks, food......we couldnt fault it. The only issue (out of the hotels control) was the construction going on next door. Unfortunately we had to move to a new hotel as we were in Hanoi for 2 weeks but the hotel were fantastic. But, we still went back to use the rooftop bar every evening. The staff made us so welcome and we were gutted we had to move. We will stay here again though. We also stayed at the Peridot Grand luxury hotel which is a 5 star, but it wasnt as good as Peridot gallery classic
