Hanoi Tirant Hotel

Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

櫃台小姐與經理都非常親切，服務很專業，也熱心協助當地餐廳訂位。旅館的spa也很專業，價錢合理，值得一試。早餐選擇豐富，也有現點現做的河粉與歐姆蛋、炒蛋，很棒！

飯店位子不錯，離還劍湖很近、餐廳菜色不錯、服務品質不錯、地下室還有按摩、頂樓有泳泳池、有運動中心、飯店清潔乾淨。

地點好，床又大又舒服，13樓的sky line bar 有完美的河內360度美景

The stuffs are nice, and the room price is cheap. Good location, near the market. However, the room is a little old, and without windows. If you want a cheap, good location hotel and don't care the hardware quality, you can try this hotel.

Séjour d'une nuit en semaine. C'était calme et le personnel est au petit soin pour nous. Nous avions passé une nuit en week-end la rue est plus bruyante.

Beautiful oasis in the noisy bustle of Hanoi

Hall de l’hôtel magnifique où trône un énorme bouquet de lys très parfumés et décoré de très beaux tableaux brodés d’oiseaux aux couleurs reposantes.Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre, pressing à des prix raisonnables. Buffet petit déjeuner très variés avec des plats chauds qui changent tous les jours. Le personnel est aux petits soins, bravo à eux et notamment à Jame. Hotel très bien situé dans une rue animée et non bruyante la nuit. Dans la rue, il y a une pharmacie, un coiffeur, une alimentation, des restaurants typiques très bons et bon marché, une boutique de vêtements style sport à des prix défiant toute concurrence, des salons de massage, et un peu plus loin dans une rue perpendiculaire, un super médecin acupuncteur. Que demander plus .

I was here for a couple of nights as I moved between Ha Long Bay and back again. Hotel was good for the price I paid for it.

Cleanness room and staff very friendly will stay again

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. We chatted briefly while waiting for our taxi, again An provided us with more information & offered us a farewell drink. How nice was that! An, you truely are a great asset to Tirant Hotel !!
