Hotel is perfectly located within 15min walking distance of the main touristic sites of Hanoi.
I was allocated a nice room on the top floor with a nice view of the city.
the staff was super nice, always asking if they could do something to help us.

Located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Hang Gai Street, Church Boutique Hotel is just a stroll from the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Offering modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, the hotel has a restaurant and bar.
Church Boutique Hotel – Hang Gai is a 2-minute walk from Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. It takes 5 minutes on foot to reach the popular Dong Xuan Market.
Wooden flooring is standard in the white-themed rooms, which offer large windows with plenty of natural light. A flat-screen satellite TV, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. Private bathroom includes a rain shower.
The hotel has a 24-hour reception and is able to provide travel and tour arrangements for guests. Modern conveniences include laundry and dry cleaning services.
International and Vietnamese cuisine is served at L'eglise Petit. Head to L'eglise Petit for cocktails and mocktails to end the day. This is our guests' favorite part of Hanoi, according to independent reviews.

Hanoi has a thousand of hotels. I truly think people should have better choices. I would not recommend people staying in this hotel.
Their English is bad . And kept ignoring my call all day .
I know this hotel would deny it but it’s true that i have never ever experienced this before.
No need to risk your travel to a bad experience. I truly believe travelers could have better choices.

staff is always helpful, however hotel could have more better choices for breakfast ( healthier, better coffee ) and could be going bit greener for eco reasons. but staff very helpful and friendly always.
why not arrange cooperation with GAU cafe shop across the street for coffee/pastry???

Not much around the property. It would be nice if there was a store, park, or a walking trail for the guests to enjoy. You will always need an Uber/lyft to leave or return to property (shuttle is available, when it’s available).
