整體好滿意, 惟SPA & MESSAGE 價錢較貴, 沒有使用.

環境佳，員工專業。到會安古鎮有接泊車。飯店位置也佳，參加local tour不需要多付接送費。機場接送費比Grab便宜。

房間寛趟舒適，職員貼心有禮，特別接待處的職員ANH, 退房後在大門前等車時，還特意奉上果汁，很窩心。 酒店有免費接駁車往返古城及海灘，晚上還會奉上甜點，讚.

good location ,nice service ,just make u like living in the family,delicious food,but the machine is a little old,and wish they can updated them.I booked this resort for there are cooking class ,but it is a little pity that we couldn't have the cooking class coz it is in the new year holiday.酒店位置不错，离会安古镇走路就10多分钟，离沙滩也不远，设施精巧，泳池不大，但足以戏水玩耍，酒店服务也热情周到，但周边环境一般，因为是新年晚上经常要被迫欣赏周边住民的庆祝音乐。健身设施较老，有待升级。当初预订是因为有越南菜制作课，可惜因为过年，酒店没能提供该课程活动。有点遗憾！

值得推薦，物超所值

一言で言うと「素敵」なホテルでした。規模は小さめですが、緑を多く取り込み奥行き感を巧みに演出した建物と庭の設計で、２倍も３倍も広く感じます。お部屋やレストランもホイアンらしく歴史を感じさせる空間で、嫌みに感じる高級感は皆無で非常に快適でした。スタッフは一見素っ気ないですが、困ったことや質問を投げるととても親切ににこやかに応対してくれました。朝食ビュッフェは品数は決して多くないですが、卵のライブキッチンもあり不満はなかったです。いつかまた必ず宿泊したいと感じる数少ない宿の一つになりました。

Det mest fantastiske hotel, en lille oase i byen. Gid beliggenhed og meget hjælpeslmt personale.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful ladies at the reception. The entire staff made us feel right at home — always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis — beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts we could wish for. A special shout-out goes to Minh, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He helped us organize day trips, gave us great insider tips and took us on a very interesting bike tour through the rice paddies. We are grateful for his support! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you for the amazing experience — we will definitely come back!

Minh's rice paper cooking class is not to be missed! He is kind and informative about local food. He was so helpful on local suggestions as well. Great hotel!

Minh and the entire staff were amazing! So kind and helpful. My son was ill and they were happy to assist us in anyway possible.

宿泊施設は古い感じがしたが、清潔でサービスは良かった。しかし、街の中心部から離れているので不便さも感じた。

The staff is so helpful. There’s many tours you can book. This resort is away from the bustle of Da Nang. It is also within walking distance of the old town and the market area. The daily morning breakfast was incredible. The hotel has a nice restaurant, and there’s also lots of food choices outside to change things up. We’ll be back again in two years!

A lovely oasis in Hoi An! Amazing friendly staff ready to help with anything.

Our stay at Ancient House resort was so lovely. The room just as the pictures beautiful and spacious and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous but the highlight for us were the friendly and attentive staff. We traveled all over Vietnam and the staff and resort really stood out to us. I don't plan on staying anywhere else when we visit hoi an again. We loved Ancient house resort.
