We could not have been happier! The staff is the sweetest and they go out of their way to make sure you are as happy as you can be. The hotel is beautiful too. Such a fantastic price. Cannot beat it! We were so sad to leave. Will be back!

This hotel has a beautiful garden and rooms. The entire hotel seems like a beautiful European garden palace. The hotel room is new and very clean. Breakfast is very delicious. The staff are very nice. One in particular called Tra My. She was there from the time we checked in until we left the hotel. Constantly assisting us with various issues. This is a beautiful hotel with great service. I will come again.

Located at 311 Cua Dai Street, the exquisite and cosy four star hotel “Garden Palace” is just about 1,5km away from Hoi An city center and 30km away from Da Nang International Airport. Guests are invited to enjoy the fine atmosphere of the hotel in 46 comfortable rooms designed in Colonial style, artistically decorated, equiped with morden facilities. Every guest room is air conditioned and comes with a smart TV that can access free wifi; bathtub and private balcony or terrace are featured in certain rooms. Extras include safety box, hair dryer, bathrobes, umbrella and slippers… Hotel Restaurant – a favourite among our guests – is located in the inner courtyard of the hotel and features a pleasant summer terrace. While enjoying the relaxed atmosphere, guest will be warmly welcomed to enjoy Hoi An traditional dishes or Western food. International buffet breakfast is serving daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The staff are very nice. One in particular called Tra My. She was there from the time we checked in until we left the hotel. Constantly assisting us with various issues. Staff there are nice and helpful. They know the area very well and always have good recommendation on where to eat! Hotel facilities are a bit old, but the room is clean and neat. Though it's a bit far away from the ancient town, it does have a really good cafe nearby.

It was a pleasant stay at hoi an garden palace & spa. The atmosphere was really relax as the pics were shown. We booked a sunrise tour to myson via the hotel, and the hotel prepared our breakfast to take out. It was really sweet that I hadn't thought that far!

Amazing little hotel with the most kind and lovely staff who are so happy to help customers, chat and make you feel at home. Convenient for old town, market, beach, lantern making, banana boats and tour pick ups. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked three extra nights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely spacious room with a small outdoor courtyard, beds were really comfy and good shower pressure. Pool area is really nice, however did notice staff lacked a little attention to maintaining cleanliness (left over drink/food not removed for a long time, used towels left, and occasionally not recognising when fresh towels are needed for guests). Breakfast was really good - good spread of western and Asian. The hotel has bikes available to use which are much needed - around 10 minute cycle into Hoi An old town. The walk itself is around 30minutes. The staff were really friendly to talk to and really appreciated them saying ‘welcome back’ everytime we returned to the hotel! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, leider gab es an zwei von drei Tagen beim duschen nur lauwarmes Wasser (war aber nicht schlimm). Was auch bisschen schade war, es wurde ab 6 Uhr morgens ziemlich laut auf den Gängen und man konnte nicht ausschlafen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst :)! Kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was good, the hotel did allow us to check in early and kept our luggage after check out plus we where allowed to use the hotel park and rest area while waiting for our transport. Unfortunately, the Sauna and Steam bath were out of action due to leftover issues from COVID lockdown. Overall the start was good, the only thing not great was the breakfast as only western food was available.
