The staff are all brilliant, very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make your stay a brilliant one.
Good size and well equipped rooms, we had a rver view room where you can watch the comings and goings of the boats, plus the birdlife.
About one minute to the nearest beach with restaurants and sunbeds, or you can use the beds and pool at the hotel, there is also a bar for cocktails etc.
The grounds are very well kept, with lovely flowers and planting.
Breakfast is excellent, lots of hot food, fruit, salad, cereals and toast/buns, all are replenished regularly.
There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi an 5 times a day, or you can use the free bike hire to explore the surrounding areas.
Shops and restaurants all very close by, but the nearest ATM is about 2km away, (may change soon).
We stayed for 1 month and had a fantastic time, definitely return next year.

酒店的服务真真值得五星级的，这个值得大大赞一个！大家对这个酒店的服务很满意！环境很好，位置不错，在酒店可以慢生活，是个度假的好地方！外出吃东西还算是方便的，去会安古城打的也不远。前台帮叫车，很方便。离海边很近。酒店在河边，风景太好，拍了好多在酒店的照片。小孩子和老人都喜欢得不行。值得推荐！要说唯一的不足，就是酒店wifi有十几个，但是没有一个是好用的，信号不强，时有是无。

From the minute you arrive at the River Beach Resort & Residences you will be warmly welcomed by our Reception staff and enter into a spacious colonial style lobby terrace overlooking a tropical pool garden and outdoor dining area. With 85 guest rooms, ranging from Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Executive and Family suites. All are fully equipped with modern facilities and comforts. A majority of rooms have a private balcony or terrace and offer views of the river, lagoon pool, coconut palm garden or countryside.

We have been staying in the hotel for 3 nights. The environment in the hotel is quite nice, quiet and relaxing, though there's not much facilities. However, the bathroom are quite old, and the soundproof is really bad. We can hear clearly the people chatting in the next rooms. The shuttle bus schedule going to ancient town is not too frequent, there's only 1 shuttle schedule in the morning section departed at 9 sharp. It would be better to have one more shuttle in the morning section say at around 11.

Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations.

We enjoyed our stay as we like the location of the hotel.
Check in was quick and friendly.
Breakfast had a great choice.
Our room was spacious, however it looked as though they had been doing renovations in it which were not finished.
There were wires hanging from the walls, were the wardrobe was it had a gap with a hole in the wall and we could hear the family with children quite loudly next door.
I’d stay again but ask for a different room.

The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it.

The property is well situated close to the beach and easy access to the old city. Bikes are available for free. We walked into town each day, 4 kms and about 75 minutes (we are 60). An ba beach is an easy ride too. The staff are really helpful, lovely people.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The room was huge, the bathroom was clean and the resort is so peaceful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into town about 4 times a day, the times aren't super convenient but taxis were easy to find and very cheap. The restaurant food wasn't great but go into to town and there are heaps of beautiful restaurants. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.
