這是一間有年紀但有溫度的飯店，我跟我的家人在這邊住了三個晚上，服務人員熱忱接待，飯店附近很多吃的喝的，走到還劍湖也只需要5-10分鐘。千萬別錯過同一條路上的牛肉河粉跟烤肉米線，地理位置好到不行。

Good and tidy, receptionist knew English is good for me. Except I need to walk half floor with my heavy luggage only.

房間舒適、空間寬敞，飯店位置佳，價格划算。

I asked the receptionist to book a local restaurant for us, but later when we got back and want to confirm the reservation, we found out that the previous receptionist didn’t tell the next shift about our reservation request and the reservation didn’t get a reservation under my name. The room is older than the photo we saw online. No rack or shelf in the shower room so we can only put the shampoo and body wash on the floor. A part of the hotel is under construction and we can hear the noise from our room. The pineapple I got At the breakfast buffet is spoiled! But the pho taste great. The taxi they called for us is a good one, we pay according to the meter and there’s no hidden fee or extra fee. Check in的時候有請櫃檯人員協助打電話訂當晚我們想去的河內餐廳，我們出門回飯店後發現櫃檯接待人員換人，想請她確認餐廳是否有訂到，但是似乎沒有交接好，她打電話到餐廳詢問後回覆我們當天沒有位子了，也沒有用我的名字的訂位紀錄，也無從得知上一位接待人員有沒有幫我們訂位。房間跟照片有落差，舊舊的，床偏硬，躺在床上冷氣會直接吹到頭，隔音不太好，浴室淋浴間中沒有架子，沐浴乳洗髮精只能放在地上不太方便。飯店部分地方在施工整修，聲音會傳入房間。隔天早上剛出房間要吃早餐就看到很施工人員蹲在樓梯間。大廳人員幫我們叫的計程車是跳表的沒有加收錢，這部分是好的。櫃台有提供換錢服務，但是匯率很不好。早上的自助早餐鳳梨臭酸了，這部分有點誇張。

整體上很好 ，可惜就是wifi很難連線

Quiet location, everything within walking distance. Lovely staff. Very nice room, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast. Would definately highly recommend this hotel.

Struttura situata nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi, a 5 minuti dal lago. Executive room molto spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita. Personale eccellente e disponibile, ci hanno supportato dall' inizio alla fine. Drink di benvenuto offerto all' arrivo e colazione eccellente.

위치,편안함,조식 모두 좋아요. 그러나 직원들의 서비스 개선이 필요합니다. 특히 프런트 여직원의 고객 응대 서비스가 많이 부족합니다. And All employees don't smile everytime for customers.

C’est un très bel hôtel, super bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique et avenant. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour un séjour parfait à Hanoï. Le déjeuner est incroyable, on nous prépare la soupe Pho sur demande et le buffet déjeuner est excellent. Cependant, je ne recommande pas le resto de l’hôtel pour le souper, c’était décevant. Il y a plein de petits restos de rue tout autour de l’hôtel, c’est une meilleure option.

ハノイ駅と旧市街の中間くらいの繁華街内にあるホテルで食事も観光も便利な立地でした。 チェックインが夜遅く、チェックアウトが早朝でしたが、フロントの方はとても丁寧な対応をしてくれましたし、清掃スタッフも明るい笑顔で好印象を持ちました。 今回スイート泊でしたが格安だったため、ハノイ旅行を考える際に宿泊候補にして良いと思います。

A great hotel in central Hanoi. Only about 5 - 10 mins from Hoan Kiem Lake. All the staff we met were happy, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, the Pho was really tasty and a good way to start the day. The room was a good size for the pair of us, but we did end up with a twin when we thought we’d booked a double. But the beds were comfortable and we both slept well. Facilities were all there for what we needed. We had a couple of busy days in Hanoi and Hong Ngoc was ideally located for us, there is even a great laundry just up the road to get your washing done for 50k Dong / kg. I’d definitely recommend this location.

シャワーのお湯の温度が高く良かった。ただ、シャワーの後、床に水が滲み出て拭かなくてはいけなかった点が残念 朝食は美味しくいただけました。 スタッフはフレンドリーで対応も丁寧で早かった。お世話になりました。

Travelled with family of 4, stayed for 5 nights in street view rooms (not much to see thru the windows). Friendly & helpful staff. Tra helped booked day trips to Ha Long Bay & Ninh Binh. Vinny & other staff were also friendly & helpful with information on sightseeing around the area. The food were authentic & tasty. Our rooms were spacious & clean with the old charm. Hotel has good hot water, but bring your own shampoo & hair conditioner

My second time here. Great location with lots of shopping and nice food. I will definitely come back again.
