As the bed types in each room are fixed and difficult to change, we may not be able to modify them upon check-in. If we do not receive your request, the bed type will be subject to availability at the time of check-in. - For your comfort and smooth arrival, please share your estimated arrival time so we can ensure a smooth and timely check-in. - For your convenience and travel planning, we also offer several optional services (with additional charges), including airport transfers between Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa and Hue or Da Nang Airports, as well as train station transfers between Hue Railway Station and the hotel, and city tours to Hue’s famous attractions. Please let us know if you would like us to assist with any arrangements. - We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you soon. We spent a week in the hotel for a conference meeting, the staffs were really friendly and nice to us. They helped us to book transfers from and to the airport, a private boat and a minivan with a driver for our whole day tour, and all was done without any problem. The room is a bit outdated and we had a problem with the air conditioner first but it was quickly fixed. It is within the walking distance to the markets and the riverside, close to a lot of local restaurants.

改装中でしたが快適に過ごせました。
道路ひとつ隔てて向かいに賑やかなエリアがありますが反対側が川なので静かでした。
3人での宿泊でしたがエキストラベッドでは無いトリプルルームがあって良かったです。

I thought because it was a resort it was going to be super nice but no. I knew it was in construction and that wasn’t an issue for me I reserved a room in The riverside villa and I was amazed by the inside. BEAUTIFUL I LOVED IT AND I WOULD GO BACK.

The hotel is dated but still quite nice. The rooms are not very sound proof. Unfortunately our stay was ruined because we were woken up by workers at 6am including on a Saturday.

Had a lovely stay. We are a family of 5 and found the hotel and facilities were great for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very noisy at night (bars and clubs nearby) but this is the area, every hotel would have the same issue: come prepared. Building is tired but service made up for this.

centrally located. Staff were polite but mostly uninterested. Many tour guests stayed and although we received a room in a quieter part of the hotel, quite noisy throughout the evenings and nighttime.
