Very nice hotel!

Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks.

We’d stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time the weather was overcast so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy much of the reason to come here (pools and ocean). We were offered an upgrade- I think a lavish wedding led to overbooking- and we should have declined it. The residences are very large and on the outskirts of the property. Feels a bit separate from the resort and is noisier at night with a lower quality of amenities and fixtures. The villas and smaller rooms are a better bet for sure. That said, the staff is always accommodating and pleasant, it’s easy to get around to Hoi An and downtown, and, when the weather is good, it’s great to be outside there. All in all made the best of it. Still a lovely resort, just stick to the main property rooms unless you need two massive bedrooms and a living room.

Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre).

The resort property was outstanding. We booked a club king ocean view and were upgraded to a one bedroom condo nearest the sea. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We had breakfast at a different restaurant each day and it was the most spectacular breakfast in terms of variety and quality. There were always chairs available by the pools or the sea. The fitness centre had its own pool with lane, as did the Regency Club. The spa was gorgeous and they gave me tea to start and end. The treatment rooms all had a private change room/shower/bathroom. The Regency Club had a great happy hour, plus we could use it all day for drinks and snacks. By far my favourite resort.

It’s a lovely hotel and we had a good stay. However, the hotel has a lot of billing issues which continued from the moment I booked to when I checked out.

Great for an escape away from the busy tourist area and great for families.

Check in was a terrible process. We were told we were "upgraded" to a residence suite which we did not ask for. When we informed them we wanted to stay in the resort with Oceanview as we booked we were informed that the room was not available (even though we came in the evening). The resident room required a shuttle to get to and from the resort, was outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke concealed by perfume. We were then moved back to the resort to a room that wasn't Oceanview as we had booked. This whole debacle took hours. We were then told they could give us a better room the next day but by that time we were unpacked and didn't want to deal with the hassle of going to a third room. All we got was meaningless apologies. No one ever offered to even refund us the difference between what we paid for and what we were offered. The burden then fell on us to re-pack and move from room to room as it suited them. As I checked out they actually had the nerve to ask if I would like to become a Hyatt member...

The property is well-maintained and offers a pleasant environment. However, the level of hospitality fell short of expectations. Although several friends highly recommended this property to us, we found it disappointing in terms of service and hospitality, especially when compared to the exceptional standards set by Marriott or Shangri-La.

Great hotel, beautiful stretch of beach, accommodating staff. The restaurants on location were excellent, and it was a short taxi ride or walk away from everything we wanted to see (including Marble Mountain).

We had the best time here, we were able to upgrade to a villa. It was stunning. Friendly staff always willing to help. We all, including kids had a good time all around.
