我们从一开始就感到惊喜。入住手续办理得非常顺利，不到两分钟就拿到了房间钥匙。礼宾人员亲自护送我们上楼，迎接我们的是一间凉爽宜人的客房。酒店氛围迷人，一尘不染，冰箱里还备有精心准备的免费水果和冰镇饮料。 令人惊喜的是，酒店每天下午3点供应免费下午茶，早餐种类丰富，我们非常满意。 总而言之，这家位于胡志明市的精品酒店被低估了，其品质和服务给我们留下了深刻的印象。下次旅行我们一定会再次光临。 评分：10/10

Great central location, attentive and professional staff and clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Provided a late checkout (thank you!) Only down side was if you wanted to have day/afternoon by pool it was bit small (no area to lie down).But cost of city boutique hotel. Otherwise Great!

It is always a pleasure to come back to Icon Hotel. The staff is always very professional, friendly and service minded. This is covering all the staff from the reception to cleaning personnel and restaurants. Very good breakfast also. My absolute favourite hotel in Ho Chi Minh City!

Good breakfast and friendly staff and great location. Very noisy hotel. Lacks soundproofing. Baby in other room crying all early morning - sounded like the baby was in our room. People on other side of us fighting late at night made it challenging to sleep. Pool was small and dirty. Room very small and claustrophobic without windows

立地が良く朝食も美味しいが、4つ星ホテル感はないです。雨季だったのでバルコニーもプールも利用できなかったのは残念。無料のボトルウォーターの蓋がカビているのもあり水は利用できませんでした。エコの観点から詰め替え式を利用しているのかもしれませんがペットボトルのほうがありがたいです。

I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again. I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it.
