房間很大，乾淨，但裝潢一般，位於地標大樓但大樓沒有什麼商店、附近也不熱鬧，而且七樓的spa的櫃檯小姐態度傲慢無禮，建議不要去這邊做spa

酒店很好，舒服，60幾樓，風景很美，服務人員有禮貌，貼心，一貫Intercontinental酒店作風。 唯一缺點就是酒店距離市中心不太近，去還劍湖坐的士，也要起碼30分鐘，坐的士去Lotte mall也要起碼10分鐘酒店周邊沒有什麼東西，附近也沒有便利店。

New and clean, good view with breakfast at 62/F and room at 67/F. You can see whole view of Hanoi here. Swimming pool and spa at 7/F but share with outside club member. Got a 30% off coupon for hotel guest, just US50 for a 90 mins hot stone spa, good deal.

Very luxurious hotel especially the lobby. Checked in on 62th floor. Breakfast is fantastic and with all sorts of international and Vietnam foods, fresh coconut, fresh juices, coffee is amazing! The room is cozy, very spacious, shower is perfect clean with any dirt!
Two problems: the tap is too short, so water will spill onto the surface of basin.
2nd problem is the bed has a wooden base, so my leg hit the bed corner and it hurts.
Check out process is smooth and fast! attitudes of staffs are good, they even have a cozy waiting area on 1st floor.
