Really nice breakfast, great gym. The elevators are annoying with a very long first elevator to get to the lobby/checkin followed by another elevator which takes you to your room. The upside is that the room is exceptionally quiet.

So lovely. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, but I will certainly miss the kind attentiveness from all the staff. Very sleek , very modern stylish and clean. The 7th floor gym is incredible.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, I was deeply disappointed by an unfortunate incident during my stay. A very precious and expensive diamond ring went missing from our room. Though I understand that such situations can be challenging, I feel it's important for the management to be aware of this occurrence. Despite reporting it, we have not been able to recover the ring, leaving us with a sense of disappointment. I hope that this feedback encourages the hotel to take additional steps to ensure the safety of guests’ belongings, so future visitors can have a worry-free experience.

Hôm trước mình có đặt 1 phòng Accessible giá 2.584.611 đ, sau một hôm mình đặt lại 1 phòng Premium 3.384.860 đ. Nhưng khi nhận phòng mình lại thấy 2 phòng y hệt nhau chẳng có khác biệt gì, trước đó mình có hỏi nhân viên có phải phòng mình đặt là phòng premium không thì bạn nhân viên nói đúng, Vậy lý do gì mình đặt phòng mắc hơn gần 1.000.000 đ mà lại nhận phòng giống nhau ? Món phở bò không ngon, bò thì bị bã lạt lẽo như để tủ lạnh lâu ngày.

Khách sạn 5 sao cao nhất Đông Dương, phòng ngủ nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố, trà chiều tại Club Lounge rất tuyệt vời, Stellar Steakhouse rất tuyệt vời. Gia đình chúng tôi sẽ quay lại.
